here’s a quick, low impact workout to target the b***y and legs: 🔸sumo squats
🔸sumo squat pulses
🔸weighted donkey kicks 🔸donkey kick extension
🔸single leg bridges
perform each move for 30 seconds and repeat 4 times. for the single leg moves, each side gets 30 seconds of work. happy burning! p.s. i’m not apologizing for the pun

When the gym is full and you only have the cable machine to use...
-
cable arm workouts
🔹bicep curl
🔹hammer curl
🔹tricep pushdown
🔹cable kickback (lol why am i doing it like this? if you're gonna try it do it more controlled and don't go past the waist. did that make sense?!)
-i did everything for 3 sets 8-10 reps 😊
