Here are my four favorite exercises to finish legs with: . ▪️reverse lunge to high knee ▪️banded jump squats ▪️jump lunges ▪️wall sits . i like to use these to finish strong because they’re intense, get my heart rate up, and it’s easier for me to go to failure without injuring myself since they’re bodyweight exercises. i don’t do all four at once, i usually pick 1 or 2 of these exercises and go until failure. 🔥 if anyone has any suggestions of some good leg exercises to end with i’d love to know so i can try it out!

Haven't posted a work out video in a minute so here ya go. a couple things out of my arm/core day. since i've been partially injured in multiple places i've had to switch up pretty much my whole routine to lighter weight, more control and reps. really working at slowing my pull ups down and all my weight training sets and i've actually noticed an increase in strength which is really cool. gotta shake things up to keep em nice and spicy 🔥🔥🔥 #strong p.s.- can you guys tell how massive my hair is? lol! the thickness is real, and really hot in the gym 😖

Okk ok i did this superset today for a leg/shoulder workout and it was a killerrrrr👌🏻💦 1️⃣ lunges (each step double) holding a disc *12 steps 2️⃣monster walks holding a disc using a resistance band! *20 reps one way change leg for return ~ repeat 3 more times🔥 - superset de hoy para entrenamiento de piernas y un poco de hombros.. 1️⃣ desplante (cada paso doble) sosteniendo un disco... (me quedaron ardiendo los hombros😻😡 relación amor/odio) hice 12 pasos seguido de👇🏻 2️⃣ con una banda de resistencia, sosteniendo el disco hice esos desplazamientos hacia el lado. hice aprox 20 pasitos ida y de retorno otros 20! se siente bastante en los glúteos y femoral.. 4 series descansando aprox 1-2 min!

I knew it was gonna be a good workout today when i got to the gym and it was completely empty...my favorite!! shoulder and back workout recorded for y’all and it was the best workout in a while! warming up with rows has been my new favorite way to get warm..especially if i’m working out upper body that day. i did 30 sec on 15 sec off for 5 minutes. 🔥 exercises shown: ✔️last raises ✔️oh press ✔️wide grip pulldowns(my fave) ✔️front raises with 3 sec hold at top ✔️db back flyes ✔️bb row(notice diff grip on each video) ✔️rear delt machine workout fueled by @1stphorm #megawatt plan from @stephsequeirafit now time to get busy packing up the rest of my house so i can move tomorrow to our new houseeee! 🤗

Ab circuit!! not gonna lie abs are my least favourite body part to train. but i thought it’s the easiest thing to film my yourself so least its made me do it am i right?😂 as much as i hate training abs, i do believe it’s super important to have a strong core, it will help you in so many compound movements so let’s get it!👊🏻🙌 - complete these movements back to back. 15 reps each. than rest and repeat this circuit 2-3 more times. enjoyyyy

Leg day! 🍑 definitely wasn’t feeling it today, but had one of the best workouts. it’s funny how that happens. 💁🏼‍♀️ kick backs and jump squats = 🔥🍑. try doing 10 kickbacks per leg with 40+ for weight and then doing 20 jump squats. 💦💁🏼‍♀️

Give this b***y circuit a try you won't regret it? 🤷🏽‍♀️🍑 • 20 glute bridges 20 side lunges with 4 second squat hold (10 each leg) 20 single leg deadlifts (10 each leg) 30 reverse lunge pulses (15 each leg) x4 • i recommend doing this circuit with heavy weight, but if you’re unsure of what dumbbells to use, do your first set with weight your comfortable with and then increase with each set. for the reverse lunge pulses you can hold the weight beside you, i just find it more challenging to hold the dumbbell above my head, so try what works best for you! tag your gym buddy, and give this a try! 🏋🏽‍♀️🏋🏽‍♀️ . . credit: @_alysonmichelle 📹: @alyssa_raye_productions

◾️ТРЕНИРОВКА №7◾️ Я обожаю простые, но жгучие тренировки. И это одна из них. Надеюсь, и вам она тоже понравится ☺️ И прошу прощения за задержку 😬 Сначала работаем над одной стороной, затем над другой. 🍑🔥 ▪️1. Подъём прямой ноги. ИП: лёжа на боку, нижняя нога согнута в колене. Стопу верхней ноги разворачиваем параллельно полу, НЕ ПОДНИМАЙТЕ НОСОК ВВЕРХ и выполняем подъём, напрягая ягодицы. ▪️2. Ракушка. ИП: тоже, стопа к стопе ребром. Раскрываем бедра, уводя колено как можно больше за себя. ▪️3. Удар назад. ИП: тоже. Верхнюю ногу сгибаем, уводя колено чуть вперёд и затем делаем удар назад, выпрямляя ногу. ▪️4. Мах согнутой ногой с четверенек. ИП: стоя на четвереньках, локоть опорной стороны на полу. Выполняем мах согнутой под углом 90° ногой, поднимая колено как можно выше. ▪️5. Удар в бок. ИП: тоже, поднимаем колено выше и выпрямляем ногу, делая как бы удар. ▪️6. Мах прямой ногой. ИП: с прямых рук. Отводим прямую ногу в сторону и стараемся поднять её как можно выше вверх. ❗️Во всех положениях с четверенек следите, чтобы таз НЕ заваливался в сторону. 🔸Уровень i - по 25 раз каждое упражнение, 1 круг. 🔹Уровень ii - 1,2,3 упражнения по 50 раз, 4-6 по 25 раз. 1 круг. 📎p.s. My body is absolutely smashed after this week. sore, exhausted, with bruises (remember i'm clumsy af) and blisters, the whole shebam...i've been foam rolling and taping my knees every day, sometime i feel like it's getting better but other days it hurts to just sit down on the toilet 🙈 i'm definitely in need of a rest day soon! that said, i'm feeling so good and so strong and so fit and looooove the strength progress that i've been seeing. when i started @6w2s_australia 16 weeks ago i could barely do one chin up anymore, even with a band, but now i can do 8-10 with a small band 👊🏻 it's such an empowering and satisfying feeling & for me that strength in the gym always translates into strength in other areas of my life. feeling strong in the gym = feeling strong in life 💪🏻 agreed? ps when i was watching this video and saw the snatches i was like daaaaamn girl your hard work really is paying off look at those back muscles 🙄😅 #6w2s

Longe de ser meu exercício principal para região do glúteo, mas sempre bom ter alguns no seu treino mais localizados. ➖➖ depois realizarmos algumas séries de agachamentos, passadas e levantamentos. fizemos um trabalho na cadeira abdutora colocando o tronco inclinado e variando a velocidade de execução. ➖➖➖ foram 5 repetições bem lentas com 5 repetição rápidas até ela atingir uma falha muscular que diminuísse a qualidade da sua execução. @barbara.cassil comente como é a sensação. ➖➖➖➖ às vezes temos que diminuir os pesos e trabalhar alguns detalhes que deixamos passar, ela se queixou sobre o glúteo, por isso esse trabalho.

*entire workout is on my youtube channel* been in my d**n groove for a hot minute at the gym. every lift feels incredible and intentional. if you've been following me for a little while, you know that i go through seasons of loving the gym and seasons of "i'd rather sit on my a*s and watch netflix" where i go anyway but it's brutal. you can't always snap yourself out of a funk, so i do things to help keep myself from getting in one as much as possible. things that i've added/changed in my daily routine that i think have added up to have me in a good groove mentally and physically: 1️⃣ taking my @curednutrition oil or spices daily...helps reduce any feelings of anxiety i may have 2️⃣ daily walks with bruiser, even when it's cold out 3️⃣ waking up at the same time every day 4️⃣ nutrition on point...hitting my macros and micros with the help of @ghostlifestyle
