“but i’m too tired”, “i’m too busy”, “i just want to sit on my sofa & eat popcorn 🍿 ”, “i hate gyms”, “it’s my dogs birthday & i’m eating his cake i bought him”🐶🎂 ... we’ve all made every excuse we possibly can think of to avoid working out 🤷🏼‍♀️ we’ve all been there, but, what if i told you it was only 24 minutes out of your day & you can be in the comfort of your own bedroom?! no excuses now haaaaaay 🤦🏼‍♀️ @bodybossmethod saved my 🍑 yesterday. i made every excuse above plus i was jet lagged & it’s minus 23 ❄️ but i did this as soon as i rolled out of bed & i felt so much better after, ready to smash the day 💃🏼 it’s amazing what you can do with your own bodyweight, a mat & a tiny space. now i want to know the most hilarious excuse you’ve used to skip a workout 👂🏼#ad

Life’s good when you let yourself be. let yourself live in the moment of life and listen to how you feel. as i become more involved into this industry, i find more individuals like me. we have all been in a place of self doubt, self resentment, and have all had a bad relationship with fitness even though we love it so much. i guess that’s what it means to go into something blind sighted... you become consumed in the motions, expect so much of yourself, and might loose yourself in the process. fitness isn’t a job. it can be, but it doesn’t have to be. you don’t have to restrict yourself to one way of working out. you can be broad, be diligent, be vast, be experimental, and do different things everyday if you wish!! today, i went on a run. i didn’t want to circuit train or weight lift... but i had that deep feeling telling me i had to! i went with my gut and went on a (fun) run that wasn’t rolling on my body but got me active! later, i’ll probably go on another walk or do some yoga.. because i can! ❤️ for now though, i’m going to turn my phone around and get some work done. i have a lot of learning to do for the plans i have for the next few weeks 😉 have an amazing sunday everyone ❤️ #fitness #fitgirls #inspirationalquotes #inspire #think #balance #bedifferent #trynewthings #fitgirl #fitnesslife #fabfitfun #gymsharkgirl #workoutinspo #lifespo #fitspo

P u r i f i c a t i o n
⠀ you know how your house, room, dorm is always super clean and smells great and is a basically a sparkling picture of perfection? ⠀ yeah, me neither 🙈 ⠀ that’s why i’m so glad i have this blend in my life. it’s the best weapon against pesky odors and my answer to prayer because i am a recovered fabreeze plug-in addict 🙋🏻😂
⠀ let’s just say i hope to never be out of it, and here’s a few reasons why:
⠀ - diffuse: my office is two doors down from our employee workroom, and let’s just say people can be pretty adventurous with their meals. i’m talking let’s microwave fish for lunch adventurous 🤢 not even kidding you guys. purification gets me through the after-lunch smell craziness! ⠀ - room spray: pair it with a citrus oil + distilled water and you’ve got yourself a smell-good spray. use for spaces that need freshening up like that employee workroom, my gym bag, shoes that probably need to hit the wash but i’m too lazy to do it. 🤷🏻‍♀️all without the toxins of air fresheners!
