What is exercise to you? exercise to me is my outlet. it’s something i enjoy and it’s something i use as a reward. i know what you’re thinking 💭🤔 normally it’s the other way around, with the reward coming after the exercise but i’m different 😝! when i first started exercising it was a chore and something i didn’t particularly enjoy. i then changed the way i looked at exercise. i looked at exercise as a celebration of what my body could do and how thankful i was to have the opportunity to go to my local gym and exercise. even 30 minutes a day can be beneficial to our health. this can be broken down into smaller increments and can make 30 minute of exercise so much easier to achieve. i personally believe the large improvements in health start to come to play when exercise is longer than 30 minutes per day, but i’ll leave that for the exercise professionals. i’d love to know how you all progressed through your exercise journey, where you’re at with it all, what you find challenging & what you’re favourite exercise regimes are 😀💪🏽
