everyone has abs, but most people have a layer of f*t covering them (but you already knew that). here's what most people don't know...whether you're a man or woman, young or old, that last bit of stubborn belly f*t is always going to reside on your lower abdominals.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

if you want to get toned six pack abs, the first step is to get your body f*t percentages down to the following levels:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

10% for males⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Today i surprised myself. i cycled with a resistance of 8. i wasn’t pushing myself. just taking it nice and slowly. and i happened to look back through my last cycle photo here. and i noticed that the resistance was set to 5. and i remember i found that hard going by the end. and today it was on 8. and i wasn’t struggling. it’s nice when you can see improvement.

Happy memorial day weekend!!👇🏼👇🏼 ah holidays are so fun, however sometimes it’s hard to stick to health & fitness goals with all that’s going on!

here are some tips to help stay on track:
1. drink extra water! staying hydrated can decrease bloat & helps flush toxins.

2. if you’re going to a party, bring a dish you know you can eat and enjoy. i’m sure others will appreciate it as well. fruit salads or big salads or healthy app are my go-tos.

3. alcohol is the silent killer of most f*t loss goals. have a drink or two, but don’t over do it!

4. choose healthier options if you’re going out to eat or leaner meats and veggies if you’re at a barbecue!

5. workout. yes. workout!! you’ll feel 191827% better if you do!

6. have fun. stay away from the scale for a few days. don’t feel guilty if you over do it! just move on and have a great time! have so much fun and be safe!!! .

sieht einfach mega aus. perfekt für einen lauen sommerabend in der hollywood-schaukel oder wer es noch gemütlicher mag auf der couch bei einem guten streifen im tv.

ihr könnt die bowl natürlich noch beliebig erweitern um dem ganzen noch einen kleinen kick zu geben. hier sind zum beispiel noch himbeeren und litschis dabei.

✨1 papá mediana cocida en cuadros.
✨2 huevos.
✨1 taza de espinaca.
✨1/2 cebolla ✨opcional queso bajo en sal (yo le coloqué) -
➕preparación: cocinar las papas en cubos, sofreír por aparte la cebolla y un poco la espinaca picadita, luego mezcla todos los ingredientes con los 2 huevos hasta integrarlos todos, precaliente el sartén previamente engrasado y agrega la mezcla a fuego lento y tapada hasta que sea el momento de voltear la tortilla para cocina por ambos lados 🙌💃🏻.
