#lunch you know you’ve been off the wagon when you haven’t posted in a while. ok just kidding but there was a lot of meal repetition this week and more fun doing pilates and new developments @aikhanoumladymoon to worry about meals. always a good thing. free morning so here goes - what’s better than soft fluffy scrambled eggs? absolutely nothing! add steamed cauli, grilled zucchini with dollops of homemade basil pesto, baked pumpkin w kale and parmesan and some grilled cherry toms. #fitforaking #1200calories. admittedly bread is like caviar and champagne for me now - and when you have it it better be warm soft toasty and buttered. not today tho! #vegetarianrecipes #notvegan #veggiesandprotein #veggie #meatlessmonday

hazırlanışı:
donmuş sebze ve makarnayı tuzlu suda haşla.
ayni anda, ayrı bir tavada küp küp doğradığın hellimleri yağsız bir şekilde sotele ve kızarıncalar ayrı bir tabağa al
ayni tavayada, konserve domates, tuz, karabiber ve fesleğen ekleyip kısık ateşte pişir.
pişmeye yakın hellimleri sosa geri ekle ve yavaşça karıştır
makarna + sebze hazır olunca makarnayı derin bir kaba dök, üzerine sosu ekle ve afiyetle ye!😍 çok güzel bir cuma günü diliyorum hepinize🙆🏻‍♀️🧡

Food for the soul. one of the most therapeutic ways to live life. food is a celebration of being alive. we eat to live and not the other way around. eating together with family is therefore considered an every day feast. happy feasting to all. here, i made some good old indian cuisine with potatoes and flat bread. mixed it up with yellow lentils, curd and crispy papad. truly humbled by the experience of simply putting food to mouth. god has blessed us tremendously.

meal prep: fall roasted veggies!

ingredients:
.
1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch squares
7 ounces broccoli florets
2 shallots, quartered
2 cups 1-inch butternut squash cubes
8 ounces red cabbage, cut into ½-inch strips
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon ground pepper
¼ cup plain greek-style yogurt
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 lemon, zested and juiced
2 tablespoons tahini
1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
½ teaspoon salt
4 (packed) cups mixed greens

preparation:
.
preheat oven to 400°f (200°c). line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
arrange squash pieces in a line down the middle of the prepared baking sheet. spread red bell pepper into one corner of the prepared sheet. working counter-clockwise, arrange broccoli, cabbage, and shallots into remaining quarters of the sheet. drizzle olive oil over the vegetables. sprinkle onion powder, turmeric, 1 teaspoon salt, and pepper over the vegetables.
turn vegetables with your hands to coat in oil and spices.
roast in preheated oven until squash is easily pierced with a fork, about 30 minutes.
mix yogurt, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, tahini, and ¼ teaspoon salt together in a bowl using a whisk.
divide mixed greens between four resealable food containers; top each with about ¼ of the roasted vegetables. pour dressing into small containers and place inside the containers.
seal containers and refrigerate for up to 4 days.

Day 7... but you can still try this recipe for a meat-free day.

vegetable lasagna.
first boil the instant lasagna sheet until soften, keep aside. then blanch the spinach and carrot. grilled or pan-fried the capsicum, eggplant and zuchini. roast the kale until crisp.
for the sauce: melt butter with a little flour then add lemongrass and coconut milk, stir constantly. add salt n pepper to taste.
to serve: layered them accordingly and pour the sauce on top. superb.
