Don’t decrease your goal, increase your effort. πŸ‘ŠπŸ» don’t say i can’t do it and give up without even trying. try and then try a little harder. as long as you try your best, that is all that matters. 😊 stay positive!

day 13! today was “sweat day” so i did two workouts! i know i’m crazy! the first workout which was on the schedule for today is my least favorite and i don’t think i will ever like this workout. the next workout i did was my all time favorite cardio with core workout! even though it was cardio i was loving every bit of it! 😊
