one of my biggest setbacks (that i continue to struggle with) is learning how to move forward even when i feel like i mess up. i attribute this to be one of my greatest strengths ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿปbecause i know that i have put a lot of hard work into changing my own mindset to be geared towards this one. and to be honest it has completely changed me life. let me give you some conrete examplesโฌ‡๏ธ

example #1: when i felt super depressed i was in a ball of negativity. ๐Ÿ˜ži was constantly thinking about what i did wrong, how hard it felt to change my habits and my perception of the world, etc. adopting the mindset that at any moment i could start working to change my life around, helped me break free of the limiting mindset and ultimately start my path to see a #strongerself within meโœจ

example #2: i have not been perfect going to the gym. over the years i have skipped days when i didn’t need to. i could have trained harder. i could have ate better. but here is the solid truth that i had to learn

this mindset takes a long time to adapt. ๐Ÿ“ˆlots of effort. no quick fixes. but this mindset literally saved my life. i hope i can shed some light โœจinto a way of thinking that can help change your life too.

every weekend i spend 1-1.5 hours prepping my dinners for the week ahead ๐Ÿ” why bother? its a habit now. it makes me feel organised, i know the exact macros i will be eating everyday & it gives me some more chill out time mid-week after work + training ๐Ÿ™Œ [essential ๐Ÿ˜ด]
