Push day
tried going for 275 today, tried not once, or twice, but three times and all three failed (swipe all the way to the right), i still feel motivated and i am pretty sure i will be able to hit it in a good 2 weeks, i managed to do 225x5 in my first set 245x2 in my 5th set after failing 275 3 times, and after that my chest started to hurt, i was worried so i dropped to 205 and was able to do a good amount of reps even though i was worried i would tear my chest, so i decided to drop the weight even lower all the way to 135 and did 26 reps 😂 i am putting 100 percent effort into this, nd i know that in the mext month ima be able to hit that 275 for one at least.

Yes! i did it! i hate running/jogging and i can only usually do 15mins on the treadmill!

Always remember to incorporate some agility work into your fitness routine to improve coordination, speed & power. my favorite movements are box jumps and stair running. some other great moves are:
👊🏼lateral jumps or side shuffles
👊🏼backward sprints
👊🏼speed latter drills
👊🏼cone work
👊🏼hurdles
👊🏼tuck jumps
we want to be well rounded in our fitness and not just one trick ponies 🐴💪🏼.
