Keeping yourself motivated is difficult! 🙆🏻‍♀️ doing intense training, cardio and restricted dieting can be so difficult. it’s hard to keep in the right mindset, you have to miss out on nights out 🍸and miss out having that 14” pizza 🍕 when it’s a movie night😢

trying to stay motivation is hard especially when you have people around you such as work colleagues/ friends/ family who don’t understand what your doing. they tell you “you need to eat more” or “you don’t need to go to the gym”
so the best thing to do is avoid and ignore the negativity because if they’re not being supportive. don’t let it get to you. you know what you’re doing and why you’re doing it. you don’t have to explain to them. so keep focused💪

Tomuba büyüme tekniğinde ağırlık arttırımı tıpkı arabayı hızlandıran şanzıman sistemi gibidir...
bench press te 20 kg x 2 = 40 kg ile 8 tekrar yaptığımızı farz edelim.
kas büyümesi 8 tekrarda örnek veriyorum 2 birimse 12 tekrarda 3 birimdir. yani kas 12 tekrar yaparsa 8 veya10 tekrardakinden daha fazla büyüme kaydeder. "hocam ben 8 tekrarda kocaman oldum ama"
daha iyi ya 12 tekrarda daha da kocaman olacaksın demektir bu...
öncelikle sabit fikirli olmayın. bilim ne diyorsa ona göre hareket edin.
falanca hoca şöyle dedi... geçin aslanım bunları... bilim konuşacak öncelikle... 12 tekrar optimum büyümeyi getirir. konu kapanmıştır..
gelelim ağırlık arttırmaya;
arabada debriyaja basmadan vitese takmıyorsak ısınmadan esneme yapmadan antrenmana başlamayalım.
debriyaja bastık 1. vitese taktık arabanın devri 2 bin devirden 4 bin devire çıktı. sonra 2. vitese taktık devir 1.5 bin devire geriledi...
eğer 1. vitesteyken 2 bin devirde 2. vitese taksaydık araba istenilen vakitte toparlayamayacak titremeler sarsıntılar hatta arızalar bile olacaktı.
ağırlık arttırımında da durum böyledir.

This was my workout tonight. i really enjoyed this workout and definitely think i could enter the gym and do this without feeling insecure.
doesnt sound a lot but just over an hour workout (we did do the plank challenge too). over 600 calories burned. stairmaster, snatch, box steps all get your heart rate going.
