Pour un vrai moment de gourmandise, optez pour ce gâteau zébré vanille chocolat !

nb de personnes : 10
4 œufs
200 g de sucre en poudre
8 cl de lait
90 g de beurre fondu
250 g de farine
1/2 sachet de levure chimique
1 pincée de sel
1 cuillère à café d'extrait de vanille liquide
3 cuillères à soupe rases de cacao en poudre non sucré

préparation : 30 min
cuisson : 25 min

séparez les blancs d'oeufs des jaunes.

dans un saladier, fouettez les jaunes avec le sucre jusqu'à ce que le mélange blanchisse.

ajoutez-y le lait, le beurre fondu, la farine, la levure et le sel.

fouettez les blancs en neige et incorporez-les à la préparation.

divisez les pâtes en deux parties égales.

dans la première, versez l'extrait de vanille liquide. dans la seconde, incorporez le cacao en poudre.

préchauffez le four à 180°c.

dans un moule à gâteau en silicone, prélevez une cuillerée à soupe de préparation à la vanille et versez-la au milieu du moule.

par dessus, versez une cuillerée à soupe de préparation au chocolat.

continuez ainsi jusqu'à épuisement des deux pâtes.

enfournez pendant 25 minutes.

laissez tiédir avant de démouler.

dégustez avec modération.

true effects of our dietary consumption only become apparent over periods of time. thus, the fruits of a significant caloric surplus or deficit will not show over one day as much as they do over one month.

there should be no guilt when consuming any food, only satisfaction that enjoyment has been had and that nutritional requirements can still be achieved. that said, if compositional change is the goal, realization of nutritional values food consumed is wise. for instance, that over one month, the biscuits above equate to the caloric values of the big macs and wine displayed. -

balance and inclusion of all foods you like is essential for adherence to any nutritional change. but realization that some foods increase likelihood of multiple consumptions is an important factor to consider during the process of caloric control. though the points in this graphic apply to any food, biscuits are a common, accessible food which can be consumed quickly. and though satiety is subjective, the nutritional comprise of a biscuit means it is less likely to satiate, thus increasing likelihood of multiple consumptions. -

if one enjoys biscuits then they must eat them. the same applies for any food. instead of elimination of a favourite food, one must seek solace in moderation. eating multiple biscuits per day may be a small piece of a well designed, supportive diet. if it is then it can be continued. -

but as legitimate as eating biscuits (or any snack) in or out of the workplace may be, we must appreciate that such nutritional habits may not support our goal. and that partial or total elimination of 5100 oblivious calories consumed in work meetings per month may be all that is required to form the entirety of one’s caloric deficit for their f*t loss goal. 🙂

I have never shared what my body looks like with no clothes on, but i wanted to share with you what i looked like 10 months ago and the progress i’ve made since april 2018. i went off #sugar #coldturkey in mar 2018 and starred #keto appx june/july 2018. my weight last year i believe was 189 (too tired to look for the scale pics😂) and now i go back and forth between 159-161lbs. my waistline was 47” and it is now 35” (lord on my wishlist is 29” waist ... 27” if you’re in a good mood🙏🏾😊) just want to encourage you to take one step towards your health... then another... then another... small changes everyday (more water... more sleep... exercise... meditation... prayer... forgiveness... less sugar... less carbs...) yield big #results in one year. i am really putting my f*t belly out there for ridicule but i am passionate about wanting you to feel better... find your purpose and get past fear. i want so much for you to experience #freedom ... to get your #joy back... to feel #confidence that you can conquer the world! if i can do it you can too! love you ♥️🙏🏾 (for some great #keto mentors who helped me tremendously follow @blackketogirl & @keto365transformation ) #sherrishepherd #singlemom o#teamhealthy #workinghard #committoyourself #grateful #cometoofartogiveupnow #isthatanab over 350 days no #sugar
