First time trying out the keg toss tonight, this is my second run at it. 12kg, 14kg, 16kg, 18kg, 20kg over a 4m bar.
felt good enough and i think it's in reasonable time.
cruden bays strongest man in 2 weeks and britain's strongest novice in 4 weeks, still work to be done but i feel strong.

The very first picture of myself before i ever stepped foot into a gym and trained weights back in the summer of 2016 lol.. to now.
.
i was in no way overweight in my before picture, but in my eyes i was most certainly out of shape, and that's something i wanted to change.
.
- i wanted to become more confident in myself.
- i wanted to fit into my clothes comfortably.
- i wanted curves in the right places.
- i wanted to just plain and simple be able to walk up my staircase to my bedroom without getting out of frickin breath. πŸ˜‚
.
.. what i wanted for myself may be different to what you want for yourself.
.
but with any health and fitness goal, you will always become a better version of yourself if you take action daily towards it. πŸ˜ŠπŸ’› .
