Shoulders 💪🏼 this can be done anywhere!
don’t forget to double tap to ensure you’ll continue to see my posts then save for later! if you don’t have bands like this, it all can be done with dumbbells or cables! 5 sets x 10 reps each! complete as a circuit for a killer burn!
▪️upright rows (i usually always do these really light with mind to muscle connection! make sure you’re using your shoulders to pull up!)
▪️single arm shoulder press
▪️front raises
▪️rear felt flies

a. double leg circles - sometimes my forearms click or “feel funny” when i hold the band with extended arms n the mat so i choose to bend at the elbows. notice how i shake my head to remind myself to keep length in my neck 👌
b. single leg circle - option was to bend one or both lengths of hamstrings are tight and you have to alter tour spine to accommodate
c. roll up with rowing - love the shoulder work here 👌
d. 1/2 roll back with rowing
e. plank with leg extension - press the leg away and resist the return. try to raise the leg to hip height
f. side leg lift - keep the top arm extended, stack the lower hand under shoulder. try to get the leg to hip height
g. arms raises - try to keep elevated thigh in line with bend thigh. shoulders away from ears (harder than in looks! )
h. arm reach back - all is still but the arms 😉 watch my elevated foot shake! ———————————————————————

Happy 🐪 day! this isn’t a lower body workout. but it’s a pretty solid shoulder workout to take to the gym with you! ————————————————————————
▪️behind the head barbell press .
▪️lateral raises .
▪️db upright rows .
▪️arnold press .
▪️front raises .
▪️single arm db press .
▪️i also did the rear delt fly machine .
**finished this workout with a 1.5 mile run. i did 4 sets of 10-12 on everything! have an amazing day you guys. go get sweaty! ❤️
