In a perfect world i could snuggle up in the snowy❄️weather & watch netflix all day, but unfortunately i need to be productive📚 fortunately, i received a lovely package from @wildwayoflife yesterday, which made for a decadent waffle this morning😁 . waffle is made from @flapjacked carrot cake🥕mix (and i added 1 egg, 1/3 cup water, & 1 @vitalproteins collagen packet) // topped with @wildwayoflife coconut cashew grain-free granola & lite maple syrup🍯// paired with a spinach omelette🍳 (1 egg, 6 t egg whites, handful of spinach, red pepper flakes) 40p, 20c, 23f: 445 calories🍴 . i really love this granola! what's different about it is the texture-- it's not crunchy, it's more soft and maple-y (lol i'm bad at describing things...🤷🏽‍♀️) i'm really enjoying it and love the ingredients! check out their page📱 to see what other fun, grain-free products they have.. i'll be showing you more as well🤗

Gorgeous snowy morning in boston (though this shot is from earlier in the year) ❄️ and as per usual, my wednesday morning started with a 5 mile run 🏃🏻‍♀️💨 and a 2,000 yard swim 🏊🏼‍♀️ i used to get sooooo stressed out about swimming: i’d kick like crazy lest i drown otherwise 🙈 these days swimming is my getaway: i feel safe and warm in the water 💖 there’s a sense of serenity, as i glide, suspended and weightless 💕🌊 @stephen.born and i are going to california in a month, and i’m so hoping that the ocean may just be warm enough to swim in 🤞🏻🌟 #riseandgrind #morningrun #snowday

The process is the goal. how you get there is who you will be when you arrive there. 💗 oh man. i love this. i read these words from @geneenroth late last night and have been thinking about them ever since. do you feel it with me?! take each step - in your running and in your life (they are intimately connected, if you ask me) with integrity and alignment. and trust that when you are doing it that way, the process will be so rich and so joyful, so deeply gratifying. so right on! no matter what time is on the clock, what number is on the scale, how many miles you have run or how long it takes you to get there...keep your focus on the process and savor the journey. that’s where it’s at!

Had so much fun today at the 37th box hill fell race. extremely muddy and slippery conditions were amazing! uphills made me taste blood! flat sections were very fast and allowed me to catch a few guys. downhills were just out of control!!! it was a close call to becoming a pin bowling game with runners ahead of me. managed to stay on my feet tks to those grippy @inov_8 roclite280, adopting a “sliding/running style”. a guy next to me literally football tackled the whole section of the second downhill of the course 😳 @perkierfoods #fellrunning #boxhillfellrace #boxhill #trailrunning #trail #trails #mud #slippery #running #likeakidinaplayground #timetoplay #inov8 #roclite280 #profeet #perkier thank you @profeetcustom for the great insoles! #ultrarunning #asicsfrontrunner 🤞
