Leg day! today focus was quads glutes and back the leg press machine is great exercise machine for your legs and back.

so my focus was quads so i wanted to make sure my legs was low as possible on the platform ⬇️to focus on the part of the lower body trying to target today. tip of the day‼️there is different angles to working different parts of the lower body on the leg press machine. make sure you pause during each rep and focus and connect to the muscles you trying to focus on.
also it focus on the lower back when pushing foward so this a compound exercise also. tag@ buddy if you going do this workout this week.

1. front squats with 2 kettlebells
2. barbell pause squats
3. alternating single leg stiff legged deadlifts with 2 kettlebells
4. s***y squats
5. resistance sprints with 2 kettlebells and dragging the tire
6. single leg calf raises with a kettlebell

btw you don’t need to do all of them in 1 session. most of them are freaking demanding and require a lot of focus , strength and overall athleticism. so , i suggest you pick 2-3 exercises and just focus on them. next session other ones. try different combinations, play with it, be creative. however proper execution and your posture is always a priority! all these movements and many many more are explained in depth and great detail in my app (link in my instagram bio) - you can follow most of my personal workout routines there. learn how to perform , how many sets , reps , tempo etc. and then apply and adjust everything around your preference and fitness level 💪🏼
