I always want to post shake recipes but have subpar food photography skills and don't know how to make them look interesting so heeeere's ma face again 💁🏼. i tried for a cat but bella was really not having it today (sorry bella fans, i know she's way cuter than me). - this is one my (newer) favourites; like cookies and cream soft serve 🤤. i'm not usually a fan of vegan protein powders and mostly stick to whey but this one is hecka delicious and has great macros (similar to a whey). -1 large frozen banana (break into chunks, then freeze) -1.25 (ish) cups almond milk -1 serving @womensbest cookies and cream vegan protein -ice ice baby (if you like it thicc 😉...🤓) -optional (but always recommended): chocolate pb2 'sauce' and coconut whip - while you do need the protein to make this one work (that's the cookies and cream flava), adding 1 tbsp pb + 1/4 cup quick oats with vanilla protein to the recipe makes a totally different but also bomb shake. because i don't want anyone missing out, yano? 😂🤗 #shakesforall

Mealprep monday! went with a greek theme this week 😍 breakfast - made each morning will be two eggs, two pieces of turkey bacon, rye toast & coffee🔸lunch - pork tenderloin souvlaki skewers with homemade tzatziki sauce & greek salad🔸dinner - greek turkey meatballs with asparagus & spanakorizo (greek rice with lemon, spinach & dill from @afamilyfeast)🔸snacks - cookie dough balls from @katiecrewe + apples & pb🔸just finished up a killer leg circuit and off to dig into this spread! 👊
