When i was trying to figure out what to name my ig account 3.5 years ago i was sitting in the car (because that’s where you spend a lot of your time as a mom… amiright?) and the name biceps after babies just came to me.β €

it’s probably the most creative thing i’ve ever come up with in my life or else the most inspired.β €

i started out as just another fitness account - i didn’t have a specific plan or purpose. i was just trying get abs through counting my macros and was sharing my journey.β €
