English / francais quick tip to help your morning. if you aren't hungry don't skip your breakfast or don't wait hours before eating. simply take a coffee with 1 or 2 scoop of protein (love the chocolate brownie from my protein😍😍) + 1 tbs of coconut oil and you can also add a little bit of almond milk(unsweetened). this will ensure you have all the nutrients you need to start your day and burn some f*t while avoiding to lose muscles. your body is lazy so if you don't feed him, he will breakdown your muscle to do it. i suggest to eat some green veggies on top of that 👌🏼tag a friend who need to see this tips / get on my 21 days challenge link on my profile ---------------------------- il est tres important de manger le matin pour éviter que notre corps prenne ce dont il a besoin dans nos muscles. petit truc pour les gens qui sont pressés ou qui n'aime pas manger le matin. un bon café + 1-2 scoop de protéines ( selon votre plan nutritionnel) + 1 tbs d'huile de coconut et un peu de lait d'amande(sans sucre rajouté). j'aime vraiment la whey chocolate brownies de myprotein sa goute littéralement le chocolat chaud 😏😍 tag un ami qui aurait besoin de voir ce message
