sorry for being a lil mia this weekend 🤭 it was so nice to just put my phone down and focus solely on all my friends and hanging out with everyone ✨ i’m so used to constantly being on my phone doing something and i feel like so many of us have become so addicted to social media and just being on our phones 😅 if you’re like me and can’t live without your phone, try setting it down for at least one day and just enjoying life during the moment, i promise it’s so relieving 💛


now unfortunately during this time i didn’t got to the gym whatsoever so i didn’t get any new videos 😱 sorreyyy 😉❤️ right now i’m contemplating whether i should a.) spend all my paycheck on gym clothes, b.) buy actual clothes that i can wear cause i have none, orrr be responsible and save 🤭 hahaha .

Who else killed their workout on dis monday? 🙃🙋🏼‍♀️•
normally i do legs on mondays but today i decided to switch it up and do fulllll body bc why not! my body felt like it needed a good full body workout, so that’s what i did. and i felt great afterwards. and had a donut 🍩 (okay maybe two) bc i deserve it ✌🏼•

This is the first sunday in weeks that i actually put in work. i have been killing my week day workouts and then going mia from my fitness life on the weekend.

today’s workout was one of the best leg workouts i’ve had and i did hit a pr on my squat but we won’t say how much because i’m honestly a wimp with my back squat.

but i’d like to thank my good friend @branden.vasquez for pushing me since day 1 of my fitness journey and killing my legs, it’s appreciated🙏🏻
