cardio can get boring at times, especially if you’re just using the treadmill 🏃 here are some great alternatives you can do to get your cardio in...🔥


boxing 🥊: is in my opinion the best and most fun workout you can get. you can find a local place that offers cardio boxing or kickboxing classes. so don’t be shy to give it a try 🙌🏼


burpees: i know, i know burpees s**k 😅 but honestly they are the best exercise for burning f*t 🔥 in my opinion. there are so many variations you can do, so find one you like and keep going 👍🏼


battle ropes⛓: is one of my favorite exercises for cardio. you get a really good shoulder burn and it really works your whole body 😯 all you need is a few rounds of 30 seconds and that should be enough to get a good sweat in 💦


high knees⬆️: i promise you’ll feel these 😏😁

Alternative to white carbs🌮🍞🥐 had a lot of questions on alternative and “healthier” options. so i’ve choose some alternative to white carbs. all based on 100g, so you can see the difference in calories.

carbohydrates are essential sugars for energy and to fuel our body for activities. as well as they keep use fuller for longer. they’re also associated with good gut health due to them being fibrous.
some carbs like bread do not offer a great amount of nutrients. additionally, they are also known to bloat us and be associated with weight gain. this is because some carbs like pasta and rice are calorific. which are sometimes eaten in greater quantities than need, hence the weight gain. carbohydrates are essential for the body, when eaten in correct amounts.
so don’t be cutting them out completely!
eat more veg/fruit to keep you fuller as well as being less calorific. ☺️

When i say bodybuilding changed my life i mean just that.. i mean look at me. no f*cs where given. i was drinking and partyin, often. i lived that life. it's over rated to me. these days that same money i used to buy liquor, i use to purchase sups and food. this lifestyle is underrated for sure, but is the most effective way to prolong your life, and you get to look d**n good while doing it. eating clean and lifting heavy a*s weight is swag! it all starts with you. 💯
