Here’s a few from legs yesterday. feeling it today y’all!🔥 ▪️single leg rdl’s using a kettlebell. anyone else have balance issues? hold onto something for support! ▪️db rdl’s (my very basic favorite) ▪️superset: single leg press/calf press. a really easy way to work the calves in! the rest of my workout: ▪️hip abduction machine ▪️glute push back machine ▪️barbell hip thrusts ▪️walking lunges with barbell 4 sets on all. tag a friend and go get sweaty!

130kg | 287lb x12 it’s been a long time since i’ve consistently done any kind of rdl work (there’s a theme of things appearing in my training lately...) - although these do give me a slight feeling of pressure in my lower back; as far as i can tell it isn’t pain so i’m going to roll with it. among other movements that cause this are squatting, deadlifting, and being alive in general. @socal_powerlifting

Back & arm workout⬇️. i attempted to do a regular chin up, i’m getting better. soon i’ll be able to do a reg chin up (coming soon 💪). 🌀assisted pull ups 4x12. 🌀barbell bent over rows 4x15. 🌀single arm db rows (my fav). new pr 40 lbs. 🌀cable pull downs triangle bar 4x12. 🌀prone bench barbell rows 4x12. 🌀behind the neck pull downs 3x12. hardly ever do this but i have to change it up (need to improve on form). 🌀cable face pulls 4x12. 🌀barbell curls 3x20. 🌀dumbbell hammer curls 3x20. . . . . . #shelifts#weights#weightlifting#gym##fitnessjourney#lifting

So here is the crux of my current food challenges and why obtaining this body doesn’t mean you are excluded from food issues.. blessed yes absolutely!! i am grateful every day for my privileged life 🙏🏻 . for 25 years i starved myself; my body is waaaay too familiar with being underweight and undernourished. for 25 years i was obsessed with skinny and i cared zero for how i got there. i had no knowledge of health nor did i want to educate myself. i abused myself with drugs and alcohol just to add more zing to the mix. plus i was a cardio addict!! but i was slim so i thought that equalled healthy? . sooooo when i get this ripped it’s kinda hard not to want to keep it? but now i have the knowledge and i know i must gain weight like now!! and with a lecture from all 3 of my pro team... it’s a mind f#ck is what it is!! all 5 times i have done this it has happened but i am happy that this has been the best one. because i have the best pro team behind me 🙏🏻❤️👊🏻 . . ps. yes this photo was taken this morning!!! am ready for another shoot 😂😂😂😂
