i admit it i was a cardio bunny when i first started with fitness but not because i wanted to slim down. i simply didn’t know how to do anything and i was terrified to step foot in the forbidden area of buff guys 💪🏻 but then i finally broke free and learned because i wanted to. i wanted to lift heavy and feel strong! then once i started lifting i found myself doing little to no cardio but because i like the action of lifting or fully moving my body instead of just running or staying on a machine. now i do a mixture of both cardio circuits and machines! i sometimes throw some abs in there if it’s been a while since i’ve done an actual core hitting exercise 😅 and in this case i did! so don’t forget cardio is good for your heart ❤️so do it! but also lift hot and heavy 🏋🏼‍♀️

Whipping into to heavy squats and deads like🤣 got a 20lb pr squat ended up hitting 535 than 565 for a pr. moved on to deads for 3 singles at 600 real happy with the way everything has been moving and feeling. only got one last heavy squat and deadlift day next thursday. big shout out to @rozay8911 for wrapping me up today 📽@treytolbert. just working and grinding day by day...
