I always end up on the floor after leg day.. i was not motivated to work tonight... i did not want to push play. you won’t always have motivation, but your will can help you push through. it’s a marathon not a sprint.. now to wobble upstairs...

#legday in the morning, cardio in the evening. still going light on my legs. my knee is feeling better but not back to heavy lifting status so their was alot of mobility and stability work in the morning. straight elliptical and anime in the evening. now food and bed #tacotuesday
