[swipe ▶️▶️▶️] happy #humpday 🎉🎉 back to a good ole’ full body workout for you guys! i really enjoyed this one 😅here’s a good example of when i would recommend pushing your pace (of course never sacrificing form or risking injury 😬😜) remember, these can always be modified with dumbbells instead of the barbell if you are not comfortable with the bar quite yet 👍🏻 my clients know i love the rep scheme in this one, and i use it a lot when it comes to full body workouts [[[... because who doesn’t love to go down in reps every round 😂]] (it’s a mental thing 😂) as you come down in reps here, if you can go up in weight... do it! if you try this one, let me know what you think! here’s how it goes:

one giant set:
round 1. 20 reps of each movement
round 2. 15 reps of each
round 3. 12 reps of each
round 4. 10 reps of each
1️⃣barbell sumo high pull [modify with kettlebell or dumbbells]
2️⃣barbell hop squats [modify with dumbbells]
3️⃣pendlay row [modify with dumbbell rows]
4️⃣wall supported shoulder taps [reps each side here] [modify with plank shoulder taps]
5️⃣barbell burpee deadlift [modify with dumbbells]
6️⃣pull ups [modify with banded, or jumping, or assisted pull ups]
7️⃣end each round with 1:00 of a treadmill bear crawl>>>the treadmill is off here. try to control the belt as much as possible, don’t let the speed get ahead of you. keep your knees and toes hip width apart, and b**t down as much as possible. you should feel this in your shoulders, quads, and core... big time. 👌🏼 [modify with 1:00 of regular bear crawls or sled pushes]

I remember when i first tried to do a handstand..... it was at gymnastics and i must have been about 10. i fell on my back and decided handstands weren't meant for me😂

a few years ago i decided to try again. the same thing happened! but i really wanted to do one. so i practiced every day after gym and now i can hold one for over a minute!

my excuse was always "my legs are too big! they make me unbalanced" 😂 i mean, you rarely see gymnasts with 28 inch legs🙈 but now, i am really proud that i can hold a good handstand! just goes to show that we shouldn't count ourselves out too fast... practice (especially in @unbownd leggings) and it's always amazing what we can achieve✌️

I am really happy with what i brought to the stage this time.

i see what i need to work on and i'm excited for some growth. i need to remember i only started prep for bodybuilding april of this year and started doing hard in august.
.
i had a trainer that i was working with once a week that helped me understand what i should be doing but other than that 90% of my workouts have been alone. my prep coach @befitkilleen is freaking amazing...if my a*s whould of listened from the beginning i would have been better lmao. excited to take further guidance from him and training sessions with jigsaw aka @wintersoldier56 to build up my back and shoulders. next package should be epic....oh and i'm gonna remember to take my vitamins and supplements lmao
