monday. power clean snatches & over head squats. #thestruggleisreal on monday. i’m having issues driving my hip to punch in the air. over head squats, used the pvc pipe to get low with the squat. metabolic portion: 400-meter run, 10 power snatches, 10 overhead squats. 3 rounds for time. .

tuesday. front squats. made it to 120 lbs! last week, i was so shaky at 115 lbs, but this week, i felt just fine at 120 lbs. it was a mental game. i also liked how coach taught us to drop the weight if it gets too heavy. metabolic portion: emom 10 minutes of thrusters—10 reps. lucky for me, i did bodyweight and coach upped the reps to 15 reps per every minute. 😳 150 body weight thrusters. 😳

wednesday. amrap. 5 minutes each. 🔥 kettlebell swings. ttb (in my case, since i can’t do toes to bar, scaled with a resistance band and pulled towards my pocket to work on my lats). burpees. sit ups. double unders (scaled: singles). kbs: 89, resistance band: 62, burpees: 40, sit ups: 68. singles: 96 (was trying to work on dus 😋).

thursday. skill: bench press at 95%. i was able to dumbbell press 25 lbs. with my good arm. 🤣 we ended with amrap 10 box jumps and 10 med ball power cleans. i managed to finish in 4 rounds. :) .

friday. skill: handstand push walk. metabolic workout: emom 12 minutes — 10 deadlifts and 50’ handstand walk (scaled 75’ bear crawl walk). super scaled instead of bear crawl for me: assault bike. at least the upside is that i’ll be coming out of this with chun li legs. 🤣 thanks coach @jesimandagaran13 for the awesome bridal shower gift—the tank! .
