Words i’m trying to live by lately: “you can do anything; you don’t have to do everything.” • • we often have this constant drive to do more, help more, learn more, work more, which can end up being overwhelming stressful to the point where we crash & then nothing gets done, & you’re in a worse place mentally & physically than where you started. • • of course it’s great to always leave room for growth in new skills & trades, but quality over quantity is more important. it’s okay to dedicated your time to fewer things, & it’s okay to say no things! it does not make you a loser because you choose not to do something 😅 • • try not to take on too much at once, & only do things that you are actually passionate about, not because you’re trying to prove something. • • & happy sunday! today was 200m x 6 at the track 🏃🏻‍♀️
