1️⃣ wash & peel your potatoes of choice and dry well using a clean tea towel.
2️⃣ slice into a thick long cut and place into a large bowl.
3️⃣ add in herbs & spices of your choice (eg paprika, mixed herbs...)
4️⃣ place onto a baking tray lined with non-stick baking paper and bake in a 200*c /400f preheated oven for 45 mins. flip at the halfway mark & cook until golden and crispy. serve with salad & avo, enjoy! #bestofvegan

In my vocabulary, “hangry” is a real word—and it’s not a good one. any one else out there struggle with feeling shaky, lightheaded, and/or irritable if meals are delayed or skipped?? 🙋‍♀️🤦‍♀️ these are all signs of low blood sugar aka. hypoglycemia and is the first level of blood sugar dysregulation. craving coffee or carbs, an inability to stay asleep, episodes of depressions and/or mood swings, mental fog or the inability to think clearly can be signs of blood sugar imbalance.

maybe you do not experience these symptoms exactly but you experience daily fatigue, sugar cravings, the inability to lose weight, constant hungry, fatigue after meals and/or migrating aches and pains. these can also be indicators of further blood sugar dysregulation and can be signs of hyperglycemia or insulin resistance.

any type of blood sugar imbalance (low or high) is a problem and if not corrected over time can result in metabolic syndrome, increased inflammation, and an increased likelihood of cardiovascular disease.

We can pretend that groutfits aren’t cute, but honestly.....we like em’🙈 kelt and i both came home from a long day at work and clinic and didn’t think we could get ourselves through a workout, but we powered through and felt 10000x better and more energized after🤗 the best feeling is having a great workout that leaves you feeling even more energized when you thought you couldn’t do it💪🏼 loving the go, go, go life but looking forward to slower days in a couple months..keep up your hard work friends!! .

Les traigo una receta super fácil y delciososa para hacer sus snacks de la semana. muffins de proteína ideales como preworkout y para llevar con ustedes a donde sea!

ingredientes:
- 1 1/2 taza de avena (la compro en @la.cesteria )
- 1 scoop de proteina de vainilla @bonebrothprotein (como sabrán, no soy fan de la proteína, no me gustan los suplementos para entrenar ni quema grasas. prefiero lo natural, pero esta proteína es super limpia, hecha del caldo de hueso, natural y fácil de digerir, libre de lácteos, sin soya, ni nueces y sin gluten! es, en mi opinión, la mejor del mercado. )
- 2 huevos 🥚 y 8 claras - 1cucharadita de vainilla
- 1/8 de taza de agave/ miel o edulcorante (splenda,etc) de tu preferencia
- 1/2 taza de harina de coco 🥥 @eligebelieve (la consigo en @la.cesteria )

preparación:
1. precalentar el horno a 350 grados.
2. engrasar una bandeja para muffins con aceite de coco.
3. en un bol mezclar todos los ingredientes y con la ayuda de una cucharada rellenar cada huequito.
4. cocinar por 25-30 minutos o hasta que metas un palillo al centro y salga limpio.
