کمبود پروتئین در کودکان باعث کاهش رشد بدن می شود، در حالی که در بالغین به شکل خستگی و کمبود انرژی، افسردگی، ضعف، استعداد ابتلا به عفونت به خاطر نقص دستگاه ایمنی، کاهش سرعت التیام زخم ها و کاهش سرعت بهبودی پس از ابتلا به بیماری ها است.
خوردن بیش از حد پروتئین هم صحیح نیست چون اضافه آن به چربی تبدیل می شود.

🔅 sabór 🔅 • one thing that i have struggled with when trying to eat “well” is how to flavor my food without dumping calories into my meal.

• we love to use things like salt, cheese, oil, breadcrumbs.. you see where i’m going here. you can eat all the lean meat and veggies you want, but you won’t see any changes if your seasonings and condiments don’t change too.
.
.
.
•here are some low calorie options to flavor your food:
- 🍋 lemon! (squeeze it on broccoli, chicken, salad, just not in your eyes)
- 🍃 fresh herbs! (you know the ones, in the produce aisle, not in the jar 😉)
- 🍅 salsa! (tomato based salsas are a great way to spice up your meal without adding a ton of calories. just watch the sodium content!)
- 🌶 hot sauce! (pepper sauces have very few calories and can add a delicious ka-pow to your taste buds)

these are just a few options. there are many more! personally i like to use all kinds of seasonings and spices, oregano, parsley, curry powder, garlic pepper, sautéed onions, etc.

Update pic from my fitness journey, no supplementation during may, june and half of july,after that and until now only a scoop of protein a day and bcaas after workout and eating a lot of natural protein,so here we go add another scoop of protein and a f*t burn supplements, i have a long way to walk, and sometimes my ups and downs unbalance me , but when i see in the pics that something is happening, i feel very happy and motivated 💪🏼
