Most of you voted for a swipe video. not sure which i like better but i’ll give it a go! i had about 45 minutes to work with at the gym this morning. grabbed some dumbbells and got a quick shoulder session in. this can easily be done at home too and great for a crowded gym! ———————————————————— ▪️bent over rear delt flys 4 sets of 15 ▪️upright rows 4 sets of 10 ▪️lateral raises 4 sets of 10 ▪️leaning single arm lateral raises 4 sets of 10 on each arm ▪️shoulder press 4 sets of 10 and done. fast, simple, effective shoulder workout y’all 💪🏻

Quick fix your overhead press.. . . by quick i mean 4-6 weeks, i guess that is quick in terms of the average 75 year life span 🤷🏼‍♂️ . and by fix i mean improve your strength especially at end range . video speed 1.5x . improved mobility is something many strive for. in most cases you should consider improving mobility the same way you improve strength, not an overnight task. it takes consistent effort to improve mobility since it is connected to end range strength . one of the other reasons it takes time is homeostasis. the body prefers to revert to baseline because that is what it is most familiar with. it is very much a two step forward, one step back. since even with these drill there’s a neurological component that is temporary to an extent. once that temporary change becomes more of a habit it eventually becomes the bodies baseline . the lifts off can be done daily as they are unloaded. and at the least i recommend working on it for a few minutes 3-4x a week . the press and carry are loaded although relatively low load. so for these i recommend 2-4x per week and ideally right after the lift offs . . tag a friend who you want to try these with before your neck workout! . #overheadsquat #strength #yogi #yoga #adaptation
