👉 many times people often transition from a cut to a bulk in a completely wrong way. this will generally occur due to overestimating the rate a natural lifter can pack on muscle mass, as well as an overall lack of understanding of how the body responds to dieting. another common mistake is going from a heavily restrictive diet to a free-for-all face f*cking spectacle. resulting in weeks of hard work disappearing within days. this isn’t an exaggeration, i’ve been there before... and the worst part of it all was that time was wasted... and that sh*t is important! - the key here is to go slow and steady! sure after a cut it’s all well to have that cheat to treat yourself, but make that quality not quantity. have some greasy, high calorie foods... but have them in moderation. this is very much a marathon not a sprint. if you’re in this for a lifestyle change and not a quick fix, then you need to approach your training & nutrition in the same way. work like hell on a daily basis, but implement enough patience to not jump the gun and waste valuable time ⏰ - #fastlikethehare #slowlikethetortious — 📚if you need help or just a change in your training & nutritional approach click the link in my bio for my shred and lean bulk programs ✅

First week into the road to beach body! down 5lbs (mostly water weight ) let’s see what i can do after getting the water off these next few weeks! at the end of the day it just comes down to nutrition to the key of getting lean with the incorporated cardio i am doing to just speed up the process. the only changes i have made to my training is adding alittle bit more isolation work on whatever body part i am working instead of major compound movements most of the workout. now it’s key to still include them movements but i always recommend to perform them at the beginning of a workout when in a caloric deficit to maximize the energy you do have while in your training session! #lotsofworktodo ps: i do have pants on 😂
