Es una dieta para "calmar" el sistema immune tan afectado por el conocido síndrome del intestino permeable. . cada vez se está viendo cómo diversos alimentos producen que el intestino se inflame tanto, que aumenta el espacio entre las células de la barrera intestinal, permitiendo el paso a nuestro organismo de microbios, toxinas o comida sin digerir. . esto hace que nuestro sistema immune se ponga a la defensiva y nos encontremos en un estado de inflamación sistémica de bajo grado, produciendo diferentes síntomas como pueden ser enfermedades autoimmunes, acné, molestias intestinales, ovarios poliquísticos, migrañas... . este protocolo pretende, por tanto, eliminar temporalmente cualquier tipo de alimento que pudiera producir problemas inflamatorios, incluso aquellos que solo en pocos casos pueden crear reacciones de intolerancia cruzada, aunque luego no vayan a sentarnos mal. . tras un período en el que hayamos calmado el cuerpo, reintroduciremos por separado y poco a poco aquellos alimentos que queramos incluir definitivamente en nuestra dieta, estudiando su efecto y descartándolos si observamos alguna reacción negativa. . en mi caso personal decidí probarlo por haber sufrido durante mucho tiempo de reglas irregulares y dolorosas, con acné y que me "obligaron" a tratarme con anticonceptivos que he decidido dejar. ¿qué no se puede comer? . todo lo procesado, cereales de todo tipo (y con ello incluye pasta, arroz, avena, quinoa...), legumbres, claras de huevo, café, chocolate, solanáceas (berenjena, patata, tomate y pimientos),frutos secos y semillas y sus derivados, lácteos, azúcar, edulcorantes, especias agresivas o picantes. . que no cunda el pánico. 😂 ¿qué narices puedo comer? carnes de todo tipo (menos embutidos), mariscos y pescados, verduras de todo tipo (excepto las mencionadas arriba), aceites, coco y sus derivados, frutas, boniato, te verde, curcuma, harina de mandioca y de casava. . aunque yo voy a hacer algunos cambios permitidos (nuevos estudios y además creo no tener esas intolerancias), ya os iré contando. . es duro, no hay cheatmeals que valgan ya que echaremos a perder el proceso anterior. . si os interesa, os iré contando por aquí.

🇮🇹 buongiorno a tutti! ne approfitto della foto della colazione di oggi per fare un piccolo aggiornamento sulla mia reverse diet. stamattina mi sono pesata appena sveglia e... sorpresa! peso invariato rispetto a settimana scorsa, anzi ho visto un bel -400g, nonostante le calorie aumentate. quindi, inizio oggi la mia 6ª settimana di reverse, portando le calorie a (non ridete!) 1250. sono davvero curiosa di vedere dove riesco ad arrivare! buona giornata a tutti! • 🇺🇸 goodmorning guys, here's a quick update on my #reversediet journey. i weighed myself this morning, and i didn't gain a single gram. i lost 400 grams instead, in spite of the increased caloric intake! so, i'm about to start my 6th week of reverse diet, with a daily caloric intake of (don't laugh at me!) 1250. i'm so curious to see where i can push myself! have a nice monday everyone!
