Terminators: i get to work with some amazing people. i love the terminators the most. the hard workers, the grafters, the ones that never stop working on their passion and their cause. @zannavandijk is a terminator. emergency lower abdomen surgery... whatever, she's back to business, positive and unstoppable already! her trx powers are increasing too!
Just did an @weareequilibrium class led by my brother and business partner @jaybrockwayeq. total body classes at eq are nothing short of immense. nursing a mild hangover (you shouldn't train with a hangover, your body just doesn't work correctly and needs all its energy to metabolise the alcohol) i pushed myself and found myself fatiguing before the end of the 45s work periods. and that's the point here. manage your pace intelligently. work and party smart so that you're always ready for more. i am currently immobilised by 2 very bad (but fun) choices. see you when i recover. and if you're wondering... red wine.
Every so often at eq we show what can be achieved with consistency and technique. this is not included in our classes. here's @nikoalgieri with his trx plus box workout: now, as fun as this may look, the row is extremely heavy, the pushup very risky on the shoulders and the box jump dangerous on the knees and ankles. so all in all, a total disaster. however this is advanced trx people. if you're not 100% confident of these movements then please do not try! enjoy!
