Hace unos años encontré esta rutina por internet y me gustó. aunque mi sixpack esta definido por la calistenia y el street workout, cuando tengo alguos minutos libres, hago estos ejercicios que fácilmente lo puedes hacer en casa. 15 rep, 3 veces por ejercicio. 😉💪🔥

I did so many super sets and tri sets today my legs are already sore😩😩todays workout felt soooo good. i was there for a little but around 2 hours and had to literally force myself to leave. there was so much more i wanted to do, i felt like i had soooo much energy but i could tell my body was getting super tired. i trained my hamstrings a lot more today than i normally do. -

yes, a couple years ago when i started going on runs and going to the gym almost every day i gave up and completely stopped. even though i didn't have that much knowledge, or at least as much as i have now i wishhhhhh i never gave up on myself. i was impatient and wanted to see results basically overnight, which will never happen for anybody, but i never saw a change so i gave up on myself and was very h*****n myself. i stopped completely for a little over a year. i ate very bad and over ate a lot. i stopped caring about how i looked even though i absolutely hated it. i did nothing to help myself or change. basically i did the complete opposite of what i do now. it wasn't until a little over a year now that i started going almost daily and staying consistent. i was a lot more patient and consistent. i eat a lot better now than i did then.

don't ever give up on yourself because you might not know what you're capable of!!!!
