Buongiorno e buona domenica! 🤗 oggi per voi giornata di relax dopo il tanto correre della settimana?... io farò il quarto allenamento glutei e femorali, per recuperare il tempo perso...poi nel pomeriggio finalmente staccherò la spina! voglio però ricordare al sesso femminile di non aver paura di allenarsi per aumentare la m***a magra, perchè ci sono davvero tanti benefici.... ✔è impossibile per una donna aumentare la m***a magra come un uomo perché non possiede abbastanza testosterone endogeno ✔la m***a muscolare è la miglior difesa per non ingrassare ✔l’aumento della m***a magra mette in risalto le curve femminili ✔in caso di gravidanza, oltre a rimanere più snelli si ha un effetto benefico, anche sul feto ✔minor rischio di malattie: diabete, cancro, etc…miglioramento del sistema immunitario ✔rallentamento del processo di invecchiamento ✔un allenamento mirato e corretto migliora anche la postura prevenendo eventuali dolori alla schiena ✔miglioramento dell’equilibrio e della flessibilità ✔aumento della forza anche in senso psicologico, con una miglior percezione di sé, delle proprie capacità, accresce l’autostima e la stima degli altri nei nostri confronti. esiste inoltre una sostanziale differenza tra un fisico fitness e un fisico bodybuilder, non abbiate paura di sollevare qualche peso ragazze! 💪 ~~~~~~~~~~~~ donuts al cioccolato proteici ~~~~~~~~~~~~ macros: kcal 123/cad c 19 p 8 f 2 dosi per 8 donuts ⚬100 g di farina di avena integrale ⚬150 g di banana ⚬50 g di proteine in polvere al cacao ⚬30 g di farina di carrube ⚬50 gr di yogurt greco 0% ⚬150/200 ml di latte d'avena ⚬poco lievito o se preferite bicarbonato + limone per l'agente lievitante ⚬1 cucchiaio di gocce di cioccolato fondente per il topping: ⚬1 quadretto di cioccolato fondente al 90% ⚬ poca granella di nocciole miscelare in una ciotola tutte le polveri. aggiungete poi lo yogurt greco, la banana schiacciata, il latte d'avena mescolate bene, l'impasto deve risultare morbido. ora inserite le gocce di cioccolato. utilizzate degli stampini in silicone ed infornate a 180° per 20/30 minuti. potete assaporare le ciambelline semplici oppure con un velo di cioccolato fondente e nocciole 😍
