Sometimes i really get lost in my own thoughts. i was driving to venice this morning and asked myself how can i feel better? do i feel good on a daily basis? yes. but i know i could always feel better. we live in a body 24 hours a day / 365 days a year, so why shouldn't we take care of it to be the best it could be? we aren't getting another one. i want to live a long, healthy life and if i tell myself that's what i want, i need to fuel my body only with the foods that it thrives on. it's easier to drown yourself in negative thoughts than to open your eyes to what you're actually capable of and follow through with action. tell yourself you can and you will. i walked into gold's today with fire in my heart and focused more than i've ever have in awhile though my workout. i needed it today. sometimes you just need to take a step back and find the right way to move forward that makes you feel amazing! who's with me? #linkinthebio

Monday morning motivation! how do you split your training? 💪 lately, i have neglected my arm training a little bit and focused more on the booty. for this reason, there was an extra portion of upper body workout. in the future, i will also switch back to a full-body training, because it just fits better in my week and with my other training. also i had better experience with a full-body training in the past than with a split-training.

Happy as a clam 🦀 (crab)! so i bought a shiny sparkly scale to keep track of my weight gain and loss and it isn’t something that scares me it actually helps me see if i’m losing weight and .... 4 weeks back on bbg and i’ve lost 6lbs!!
