This shirt means a lot to me , this challenge changed my life , it changed how i view nutrition and fitness ! • • this program couldn’t have came out at a better time ! being 6 months postpartum the workouts both cardio and strength were challenging but i believe god gave me the strength i needed to push myself and keep going ! • • this program changed my health and fitness level i can do more i can last longer ! i lost inches (unfortunately i don’t know how many because i didn’t measure 🙈) and in 2 rounds = 42 days i lost 10lbs but what i gained is for more rewarding i gained muscle i didn’t even know i had! but most importantly i gained confidence in myself that i believe christ wanted me to believe in all along , that i could do anything and take on any challenge through him who gives me strength! • • • i am grateful for my journey in taking care of myself. i’m proud of the decision i made to challenge myself for once and turn my can’ts into cans ! it’s not just in fitness or nutrition that was shifted . my walk with god has never felt more intimate , i made a decision to better my life in every area and there’s a lot i’m still learning and working on and the more i learn the closer i grow to him . he is my creator , i am his workmanship and he’s still working on me❤️ this is proof that you can achieve anything you set your mind to let god be your source of strength! and through him anything is possible! strengthen your fitness through your faith! • • don’t know where to begin ? i’m here to help ! 🙂 • • “for i hold you by your right hand— i, the lord your god. and i say to you, ‘don’t be afraid. i am here to help you.” ‭‭isaiah‬ ‭41:13‬ ‭ • • • photocred........ my husband ❤️
