Now that’s a glow up if i’ve ever seen one 🙌🏻✨ . i’ll start by saying i’ve never hated my body. so for those of you who are like “i like the left better.” you can kindly see yourself out. i was just breaking into the world of fitness in the photo on the left which was in 2013 and i was mostly running at the time with some high rep, light weight group classes throughout the week. . today i lift heavy, eat mostly nutrient-dense foods but also ice cream + chocolate on a daily basis, take care of my body, haven’t had a sip of alcohol in 3+ years and i’m just in love with life generally. . you don’t have to do hours of cardio, you don’t have to eat clean 100% of the time, and you don’t have to train in a way that makes you hate the gym. find what works best for you and be consistent with that🌟 . online coaching inquiries: [email protected] @sd_evolution #passionneverfails #transformationtuesday #transformation #ownyourjourney #girlswholift #glowup

Slowly but surely i am feeling better, yeahhh😅. went for a slow walk today to finally get some fresh air and stretch my sore muscles from doing nothing for nearly three days🙈. i will start with a low intensity full body workout tomorrow and a loonnnggg stretch and foam roll session afterwards. it is very important to listen to your body and take it easy after you have been sick. i do not recommend to go full out straight away, as your body might still need time to fully heal and recover and that is completely normal. wishing everyone a great day😀 www.shapedfit.com

Hi friends!! kim here (long post warning) 🙋🏼‍♀️ i have the day off from work today with absolutely nothing to do, so obvi chick fil a + gym is the answer. today i got really really mad for a second when i looked around at lunch and saw that everyone else had fries and milkshakes. mad that my metabolism isn’t as fast as some girls, mad that my mind will not let me order fries when other people don’t think twice and just get what they want. - - but as the semester + year is very quickly coming to an end, i’m realizing how far i’ve come. most of the time, i make healthier choices because i know how much better, stronger, more confident i feel when i feed my body real food and work my b***y off in the gym. this hasn’t exactly been my year, and there’s definitely some things i would change if i could go back, but it’s amazing how looking back i can see how every single thing has made me so dang strong. now bring on christmas and another year to keep killin it 💪🏼 but first, i gotta get reunited with my twins for realz this time, so soon

After two kids, i'm almost to my goal weight at 120! this is the smallest i've been to date, well smallest that i can remember loi. many have the misconception that after having a baby it will be very difficult to shed that baby weight you're going to gain 😩 however, with discipline and putting 30 minutes to a hour at the gym every other day, i get it done! ⠀⠀ some days its hard to pick myself up and go get it done but i've worked on making it a habit so that usually kicks in and gets me there.✊🏼 ⠀⠀ anyhow, im so close to my end goal. i can't wait to hit my goal and start my bulk (which i will explain in the future) also i'm excited to start helping others hit their goals next year. 💪🏼 ⠀⠀ my husband and i will be coaching this coming year implementing nutrition and fitness programs. so i've been busy organizing, planning my website that will be launching in the new year, so stay tuned! 💪🏼 ⠀⠀ i haven't been posting as much as i like been busy with mom life, work life and home life at my new place✨

Happy almost-friday guys😃🙈🙌🏻🙌🏻 - i just realized that i hadn’t shown what my back muscles look like. so, there you have it, i love my back and i love the way it looks on women, i can say that i’m extremely proud of what i’ve accomplished in accordance to my back strength. there’s , of course, still a lot to work on since i still can’t do pull-ups because i’m very heavy, but eventually i’ll get there. this will be on my new year’ resolution list for sure.❤️❤️❤️💪🏻
