Я хочу донести до вас, мои дорогие, что неважно чем вы занимаетесь. Главное - делайте это регулярно. 🍏 Взялись соблюдать сбалансированное здоровое питание - так делайте это РЕГУЛЯРНО! 🍏 Решили научиться что-то делать, учитесь и практикуйте это умение РЕГУЛЯРНО! 🍏 Решили заняться бизнесом - только РЕГУЛЯРНЫЕ старания дадут хорошие плоды. 🍏 Начали тренироваться?! Тем более ДЕЛАЙТЕ ЭТО РЕГУЛЯРНО! It’s important to acknowledge that just like relationships with new people, a new diet can and will have a ‘honeymoon’ period. you shouldn’t have to keep changing the way you eat, i see gimmicks marketed on tv and online all the time, and also, people always talk about how they love their new diet and yet have only been applying it for a few weeks, well, just like relationships with new people, let’s see if you’re still together in a few years before you go ahead and book that wedding date and let’s get real here with diet and see if you’re still eating this way and in good health/shape in a few years too. _ everything always seems great at first, it’s new and exciting and you’re very motivated to do good. this phase always wears off with anything and is why it’s so important to view diet as a sustainable lifestyle, not something you desperately try to ‘stick to’ but something you can incorporate for the rest of your life without constant attachment to quantification. _ when you get into shape the right way, you’ll never have to get back into shape because what you’re doing to get and stay there isn’t f***ing nuts! _ figuring out calories and grams of this and that may lead to a good place to start, so you can become more aware roughly of how much is enough for you, after that it’s all about awareness and listening to your body, what it likes and what it doesn’t, i mean holy f**k man, do you really think you’ll live out your life happily being a prisoner and head case to carbs, proteins and f*t everyday? _ #fitfam #instafit #diet #nutrition #exercise #lifestyle #realandysinclair #fitness #fitnesscoach #absbyandy #chiseled365 #cyclediet #nobullshitfitness #healthy #sustainable #gym #exercise #training #diethoneymoon #getreal #bluestarnutraceuticals

Do you find that it's easier to be kind and relaxed or more work to be frustrated and stressed? i firmly believe in the law of attraction, what you put out is what comes back to you. if it feels better inside to be kind and less stressed it should be easier to choose that route. when we are happier, more things come to us and more positive people are attracted to us. i try to always find the good parts in my day because there's a lot to be thankful for. if you're stressed out, take a deep breathe and realize that stressful feelings are going to put you in stressful situations. i've learned and continue to learn about personal development through mentors. i'm not perfect in any way, none of us have it figured it but if we're doing things that make us feel good inside that will only continue to shine through us on the outside. hope you are having a great monday, keep smiling and doing everything you love #thoughts #kindness crop top: @crownstandard artwork: @kfishla
