I loveeee stretching after a workout. ever since i started gymnastics (>15 years ago), it has been incorporated in my work out. when i quit gymnastics a little less than 2 years ago, i continued stretching after every workout. what about you? do you stretch before/after going to the gym?

Happy friday loves!🖤 i’ve been following my program my good friend @david_iglesias wrote out for me. i needed a change and knew my body needed a change. so i asked him for help!
it’s hard to look at yourself and see what you need to work on without being so judgmental,
so i asked him to help me work on the areas that he felt were less developed.
my body has responded so well to my new program!
i actually did this workout, not on my plan, with chris the other night and my strength has definitely increased!! i’ve never been able to pull the amount of weight that i’m pulling now. * this is just to show how changing your workout routine can be a really good thing! your body can get in the same routine especially if you’re sticking the same exercises and rep scheme. so changing your form of training can definitely help increase strength and overall appearance.
changing your workout routine will not only help you notice for change but will also keep you motivated. new workout routine=new motivation for your goals!
