. get your roll on — a long time ago @dr.surdykapt made a post on the ab wheel roll out that i really liked. he talks about maintaining tension throughout the exercise, instead of returning all the way to the start and resetting. — i really like this concept because it focuses on endurance of the abdominals and the ability to resist low back extension. the ab wheel is just an advanced plank, so time under tension is important during this exercise. — for some reason this popped into my mind yesterday, and decided to test out some advanced concepts. above shows some end range pulses and moving in and out of different ranges. this isn’t easy, so make sure to can do a regular roll out first. — i also tried to do this in a plank position and nearly pulled every abdominal muscle while almost smashing my face into the floor. so if you can do an ab wheel with knees off the ground, tag me in a video because that is awesome. — 😎 best of luck and remember: i am not liable for injuries. thanks.

Most people find it very easy to make excuses on why not to start or change something. - some even thinking no one knows about their own problems and how hard it is for them. - there is always someone with a much bigger work , personal life, money or family problems that dont talk about it or use it as an excuse instead they just turn up everyday trying to improve day by day. - stop waiting for the perfect moment , stop saying ill start next monday. - just start !!! stop caring what other people think of you !!! you'll learn on the way !!

Like my old coach used to say "change is a process, not an event". i've been putting wayyyyy too much stress on my body, lifting 6 days a week and beating myself up if i wasn't. i'm not a professional athlete, nor am i on "special supplements" like some are. not taking rest like i'm supposed to.... lifting isn't like martial arts... and that's hard for me to remember. it's easier on your body to do pad work and drill technique hours on end some days... not exactly the same with lifting... with that being said my body has not progressed as well as it could and here i am again fighting old and new injuries.... 200+ pound sled pulls aren't much, but it made my shoulder feel great! baby steps!
