Managed to squeeze in an upper body workout before my flight to melbourne today. still working on those pull ups, and totally shredded my hands doing other bodyweight work. guess i’m heavier than a loaded barbell 😂 found a gym in melbourne for five days, so i’ll still be chasing those gains on holiday!

¡hola!🤗 espero estén teniendo un bonito día 💕🌿yo hice esta rica pastita 🍝 hoy, y no es por nada pero me quedo súper deli 🤤💖⠀⠀ 🌱les pasó los ingredientes: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .➕2 tazas de espinacas 🌿 ➕30 gr de pasta integral ➕60 gr de pechuga de pollo ➕1 cdta. aceite de aguacate 🥑 . ➕1 rebanadita de queso panela . .🌱la salsa de tomate es casera , en si solo agregué albahaca,ajo, tomate previamente cocido 🍅, cebolla, sal de mar y pimienta. lo puse en la licuadora y listo. tú puedes agregar los ingredientes que sean de tu gusto 🤗 ✅ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ✨tip: si no tenemos tiempo por la tarde podemos preparar la salsa de tomate en la noche y guardarla en en refrigerador. les recomiendo mucho más hacerla por qué así evitamos consumir la sal que agregan a estos productos que es alrededor de (400-500mg) así como el azúcar que por lo regular también es de (4-6 gr) que es bastante. además de los conservadores añadidos y glutamato monosodico.
