Salmon cobb salad .
serves: 4 - as a side salad
ingredients:
ingredients for pan seared salmon:

1 lb salmon boneless, skinless (preferably wild-caught)
1 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
ingredients for cobb salad:

1 large head of romaine lettuce chopped, rinsed and spun dry
2 ears of corn cooked, shucked and cut off the cob
1/2 medium red onion thinly sliced
2 large hard-boiled eggs peeled and quartered
1 large avocado peeled, pitted and sliced
1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
ingredients for cilantro lime dressing:

3 tbsp fresh lime juice from 1 to 2 limes
3 tbsp extra v****n olive oil
2 tbsp cilantro chopped
2 tbsp dill chopped
1 large garlic clove pressed or finely minced
1 tsp sea salt
1/8 tsp black pepper

recipe
dry ingredients
1 1/4 cup spelt flour
2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp baking powder
wet ingredients
1 cup almond milk
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp white vinegar
3 tbsp coconut oil
in a large bowl combine dry ingredients. add wet ingredients and mix well.
heat coconut oil in a pan. cook pancake for a couple of minutes until it starts to bubble. then flip and cook through for another 2-3 minutes. repeat until all the batter is used. served warm with your favourite toppings. enjoy! .

🔥 as many of you know... i am a huge supporter of intermittent fasting for weight loss and a healthy life in general. (if interested in intermittent fasting then check out the link in my bio.)⠀

🤔with that said, many people are comfortable skipping breakfast. the old mantra about it being the most important meal of the day still rings in my head every single morning.⠀

🍳just because i advocate for intermittent fasting doesn't mean that recommend that you skip breakfast.⠀
.⠀
🔑 all you really need to do is to skip is the sugary cereal, the white bagels, the syrupy waffles, and the fruit juice.⠀

✅if you are going to eat breakfast then make sure that you do it the right way. eat great foods that will energize you into a productive morning and a heroic afternoon. this list is just some examples of foods that will help you achieve just that.⠀

i’m sure some of you are like “wtf is a persimmon?!” right about now. let me break it off for you because a persimmon is one of my favorite fall/winter fruits.
.
persimmons are japan’s national fruit, but said to have originated in china. persimmons are now gaining popularity globally and are sold across the u.s., grown predominantly in california.
.
curious about the taste? to me, it tastes like an apple made love to a plum and gave birth to this beautiful creation called a persimmon.
.
now sure how to eat it? here are 6 different ways to incorporate persimmons into your nutrition routine. personally, i like to eat them like i would an apple. (taste best when somewhere between firm & soft but not too soft)
.
add to smoothies - example: 1 persimmon + 1/2 banana + vanilla protein + water & ice
.
cook w/ coconut oil - in a pan add coconut oil. add the peeled persimmons and cinnamon. sauté for a few minutes.
.
add to overnight oats - example: 1/2 cup oats + 1 tbsp maple syrup + almond milk + 1 persimmon + shredded coconut
.
enjoy with greek yogurt - example: greek yogurt + stevia + pecans + cinnamon + 1 persimmon.

top on rice cake - example: rice cake + almond butter + persimmon slices.

ingredientes
.
300g de frango cozido e desfiado (temperado somente com sal e pimenta do reino)
1/2 cebola picada
1 cenoura grande ralada
1/2 xícara de salsinha picada
1/2 limão
50 ml de azeite
sal
pimenta do reino
500 g de maionese (de boa qualidade)
.
deixe o frango em temperatura mbiente para não murchar a cenoura e a cebola.... reserve a maionese e com o frango desfiado em temperatura ambiente misture com os demais ingredientes, (se misturar com o frango quente e a cenoura e a cebola vão murchar) por último junte a maionese e misture bem😉
