quite possibly my favorite dinner ever ❤️🥰 crispy seared salmon, crispy cauliflower gnocchi, and crispy brussels (theme: crispy 👌🏻 team: crispy 🙋🏼‍♀️) it only takes 20 mins start to finish, and less than half that time from faceplant to finish because it’s that 👏🏻 good 👏🏻⠀

lunch details 👉🏻 6 minute salmon (recipe also posted on my website now!) : heat a skillet over medium heat, add avocado oil, cook for 3 mins on each side. seasoned my salmon with new bae seasoning. layered on top of sweet potato toast (broiled on bottom shelf for 10 mins) + sautéed spinach + 1/2 mashed avocado

meals for a day guys, if you need 1450 kcals to lose weight or maintain if you have a petite body with a ⬇ bmr like myself! .⠀
➡meal 1: 2 rye toasts with 3 tbsp hummus carrots and eggs .⠀
➡snack: 150 greek yogurt (2% fat) , frozen cherries, peanuts and 1 @nutramino protein bar⠀

➡lunch: vegetable risotto with chicken and broccoli⠀

Description

super easy tempeh with broccoli and carrots in red braising sauce.

ingredients

200g tempeh, cut in a large chunks200g broccoli florets, steamed100g carrots, sliced then steamed4 tablespoons red braising sauce1½  tablespoon rice wine vinegar (or more as needed)1 tsp chopped or grated gingersteamed rice, to serve1 tsp sesame seeds, to serve

instructions

heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. add the tempeh and fry for 3-5 minutes until it is browned all over then set aside.combine the red braising sauce and rice wine vinegar with around 250ml of water. pour into a medium saucepan then add the ginger. bring to the boil over medium heat then turn the heat down to a simmer and add the tempeh. cook for 10 -15 minutes or until the sauce reduces by half. if the sauce is too sweet, and a little more vinegar until you get the balance that suits your taste.add the carrots and broccoli,  stir well and cook for a further minute. serve the sauce over steamed rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

1) honey garlic chipotle salmon 👉🏻👉🏻*recipe* 1) in a bowl, combine 1 tbsp. honey (i used manuka), 1/4 tsp. chipotle chili powder, 1 tbsp. melted ghee or butter, a punch or salt + a punch of pepper. spread evenly over two 4-6 oz. salmon filets (you can easily double this to serve four). 2) in a pan, heat 1 tsp. ghee or oil for a minute; add salmon filets, skin side up, and sear for 3 mins.; flip, and cook an additional 3-4 mins. 🌶🍯 •• crispy cauliflower gnocchi (there’s a tutorial for this in my stories) •• grilled asparagus topped with fresh parmesan cheese 🌱👌🏻.

🥗toute la vérité, rien que la vérité (ou presque...) 🥗

lundi matin, je suis à carrefour, seul avec mon caddie, au milieu de pas mal de retraités... à côté d'eux je me sens jeune et intrépide. je me balade au gré du vent et des odeurs de la poissonnerie... je traverse les rayons lorsque tout à coup je tombe sur ces pennes lentilles corail 🤔 hum je ne connais pas et ça m'intrigue... que faire?! là je vois un petit vieux mettre sa purée mousseline noix de muscade dans son caddie... je pourrais faire comme lui mais non je me dis que moi je suis un vrai aventurier, un vrai fou et que je vais donc tester ces fameuses pennes lentilles corail!!!!

donc voilà, je fais 25 min de queue coincé entre gérard qui drague la caissière et cette dame qui pense qu'en se collant à moi la queue avancera plus vite... je paye, je rentre chez moi, je fais cuire ces pennes, je goûte et au final bah...c'est pas mauvais du tout! mais pas foufou non plus.
conclusion?! la prochaine fois j'me ferai une purée mousseline moi aussi😅

Carrot-cheesecake muffins🧁🍯🥕
i totally fell in love with them!
the combination of cream cheese, cinnamon and carrot is heaven trust me. when i first read about baking with carrot i was really curious if it’d taste good or just weird.
but it is so delicious!☺️💗
here’s the recipe:
for the dough you need:
* 150g fresh rasped carrots 🥕🥕
* 40g flour (i used whole wheat)
* 20g protein powder (i used the
@morenutrition.de vanilla ice cream protein powder)
* 1 egg 🥚.
* 70g cream cheese or curd
* 5g baking powder
* a pinch of cinnamon and salt🧂.

for the frosting you need:
* 70g cream cheese or curd
* sweetener of your choice
* a bit of water for the consistency
* rasped carrots, nuts, nutbutter or whatever you desire
-> pre heat the oven up to 190 degrees.
mix all the ingredients for the dough together and put the dough into muffin forms.
bake for about 20 minutes, take the muffins out and top them with the mixed cream cheese frosting and the nuts and carrot💗
