Co-parenting •


there have been a few instances that have made me feel so grateful for my co-parenting situation so i just want to touch on it real quick. it hasn’t always been easy and there are still challenges, but we have always done our best to try to make it as easy as possible. my boys have an awesome dad and lucky for my kiddos and i, his girlfriend is a friend of mine. when i say lucky, i mean that in the most genuine of ways. how lucky am i to know that my kids get to be around someone that i know and trust? someone that i know loves them like crazy and will always have their best interest in mind. like i said... it hasn’t always been easy, but we recognized quickly that we wanted to foster a positive relationship not only for ourselves, but more importantly for our kids. i really feel so fortunate to be in such an awesome situation where we can all be at soccer games, birthday parties or other big events with the common ground of showing our kids how much we all love and care for them. these relationships are truly some that i cherish forever ❤️

Hey ya'll!

i figure i'll introduce myself again because i've seen lots of newbies lately ☺️❤️ and i'm so excited about it. say hi and tell me about yourself!

i'm 25, and i live in central florida. i spend most of my time at the gym or annoying my husband 😂 jk he loves me. i have a master's degree in exercise physiology and currently a personal trainer/group exercise instructor.

i have polycystic ovarian syndrome and hashimotos hypothyroidism. afew years ago i weighed 450lbs, had type 2 diabetes and could do very little physical activity without wanting to die. through exercise and a change in diet i've currently lost around 150lbs, beat diabetes and past many physical obstacles i never imagined.

how do i know what workouts to do? it's my job! i spent too many years in school studying everything exercise. i create most of my workouts...or i find things on youtube/ig.

do you wish you could train with me, but live far away? i work with clients all the time virtually! whether it's basic advice or a strict plan..i can help you or i can tell you where to go to get the help you need.

how did you gain flexibility? lots of patience and persistence. i worked hard at it every day. i have an e-book all about split flexibility available on my website and i'm currently working on my 2nd overall flexibility e-book.

what keeps me motivated? the feeling of being in control of my life. it feels good to get up and move..to put good things into my body. not every day is easy, but it's always always worth it!

On a little lighter note😆 this was dinner last night. i’ve been trying to get back into a routine with meal prepping, back to exercising regularly(i’ve been on and off🤷🏼‍♀️), and just get more organized. .

hubby and i were talking the other day, and trying to come up with ways to reduce wasted food... seems like we’ve been throwing out so much😬

i’ve been researching the best ways to meal prep foods 1.) so we’re not bored eating the same things 2.) without being wasteful 3.) having enough for 9 people😱 .. it’s not easy having a large family to plan meals out for.. and i’ve been winging it lately.. 🤷🏼‍♀️

any tips for meal prepping would be greatly appreciated🙏🏼 mama’s with large families, how do you plan out your meals?do you freeze dinners for the week, or month? tia💕

❗️stop saying i can’t❗️tell yourself ‘i can’ and ‘i will’. it’s more easy to doubt yourself than believe in yourself, as you don’t need to do anything to doubt yourself, but you will need to make actions if you believe in yourself !

if you want to achieve something, tell yourself ‘i can’, as only believing yourself, you will have plan and actions 💪🏻
