Just finished round 2 of my workouts today. a productive day off for me is a day doing good things for my body and mind. did cardio at @soulcycle this morning and did some strength this evening at the gym ended with a good ole b**t kicking on the stair master 😅 i have worked out 11 times in the last 14 days, i’ve dedicated time for my body to recover when it needs to, but i have made sure to work it into my schedule every time i can. trust me, i know the struggle of having a job that takes up a lot of your time, but i throw so much more into my job because of rewarding my body before or after work with a good total body workout. this has not been an easy habit to develop, and it took me a hot second to appreciate working out at 6am but now i could not imagine treating my body any other way! 🙌🏻 #powerofshe 💜 .
