Ohh what have i done ? just signed up for an ironman training weekend 🏊🏼‍♀️🚴🏼‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️ it’s all been organised by #peakxvtricoaching and it’s a 3 day event. they only taking on 20 people so will be a really small group. i’m a total newbie and need to do loads of work before hand but i believe this weekend will be really useful 🙌🏻💪🏼

👉🏽 ganhar músculos não é fácil, principalmente para nós mulheres!!! para isso é necessário dedicação aos treinos e alimentação adequada!!!
utilizar estratégias de treinamento são imprescindíveis para auxiliar neste processo, portanto seguem algumas dicas importantes...
✔️ durante o treino:
🔹 priorize a técnica correta! não adianta utilizar cargas elevadas e executar os exercícios de forma errada. além de aumentar o risco de lesão, pode acabar exigindo de musculaturas que não são o principal objetivo;
🔹se possível trabalhe até a falha muscular. lembre-se, músculo não sabe contar, simplesmente sente. vários estudos têm mostrado que, independente da carga, quando realizado até a fadiga, geram excelentes resultados hipertróficos (shoenfeld,2016; philips, 2016; james, 2016; brad, 2015; meister, 2016).
👍🏼 e acredite, seu limite vai sempre um pouco além daquela sua vontade de parar!!! supere-se!!!
🔹 justamente para conseguir atingir a falha, o intervalo entre as séries deve ser pequeno... então esqueça o celular e o bate-papo;
🔹 é mais importante treinar poucos exercícios de forma intensa, do que treinar muitos exercícios que não te exijam esforços. seu treino será mais curto e mais eficiente;
🔹 concentrar na musculatura a ser trabalhada, controlar amplitude de movimento e velocidade de execução, fazem toda diferença.
após o treino:
🔹 respeitar o tempo de recuperação entre os treinos... esse tempo vai depender da intensidade do estímulo. lembre-se, é no descanso que o seu músculo cresce;
🔹 se o treino for bastante intenso, normalmente o estímulo 2x semana para cada grupamento muscular é o mais indicado. portanto não devemos treinar o mesmo grupamento em dias consecutivos.
