spent my day reading, watching youtube and planning for london. it feels so good to be on vacations and to take some time for myself.

however i’m still a tad stressed? like i’m leaving for london soon, then i’ll be leaving for corsica right away where i’ll spend a month. and then right after i come back i have to go back to uni and then to my new job and *argh* my therapist told me to enjoy the moment, to appreciate being free right now but i still feel pressured because many things are coming.

Signs you may need a little change in your life : 🎢you feel sad/anxious for no particular reason 🎢you have everything to be happy but somehow you can’t be and feel guilty about it 🎢you don’t seem to enjoy some things that should make you happy 🎢you ask yourself too many questions that no real answer like “what is my purpose” or “is there any sense in my life” 🎢you feel really tired and drained for no reason

what you can do about it : 🎡don’t push away your emotions. they’re here to tell you something, so instead of avoiding them at all costs, let them in and look for the real reason why they appeared. 🎡then have a real, honest and meaningful conversation with yourself. ask yourself some questions you were too scared to ask. it may take some time, but it’s very important you do this in order to identify what needs to be changed 🎡talk to someone you trust. share with that person how you feel. sometimes people that know us can notice things about our situation we didn’t want to see 🎡journal. journaling is the perfect opportunity to have this little talk with yourself and it helps you put your feelings on paper, which may help you see clearer and make better decisions. 🎡start doing things you used to enjoy but that you stopped for other reasons 🎡have patience. this is a long process. you may have many setbacks even if you’re moving in the right direction. 🎡remember that the most confusing moments of your life are also the ones that make you grow the most. how you’re feeling right now is a sign of change. welcome it. .
