Another new low weigh in today👏🏻 roughly 6kg down since the start and i’m still more or less maintaining strength.
the goal was and still is to get as close to 10kg down as we can 💪🏻 body weight exercises like pushups and pull-ups are just flying these days 😂

6’4 physiques -contest prep coming 8/11/19
i remember when i started.
i had no guidance. no support.
not a clue what to do. i was this tall at about 150lbs soaking wet. lol. i could barely even bench press 95lbs. i read. i listened. i watched. i trained. i ate. i continued to do so day in and day out. i became hooked. the passion for the sport. training. dedication. most importantly the change. it was not instant. it was not over night. but it did come. one thing i learned and tell everyone is absolutely have an overall main goal. but wrap it around smaller goals!! goals you knock down and keep on to the next and next and next. this will keep you motivated. it will push you to the next. be strong. live your life. stay hungry. and remember everyone starts somewhere. in a world of mirrors your reflection is all that matters. be who you wanna be. do what you wanna do 💪🏼🐻 .
