Are you having trouble fixing a muscle imbalance??🧐

muscle imbalances are tricky sometimes to exactly target because it takes years to build up a noticeable muscle imbalance from either performing an exercise using one side or muscle on the body more than the other or just from executing a movement improperly!!

here are two things you could try doing to fix any muscle imbalance or weak muscle you currently have:

1️⃣. start the x amount of reps on the side of the lagging body/muscle part first. example starting with your left bicep on hammer curls before the right.

2️⃣. instead of alternating, going left bicep curl then right, try performing all the reps for one arm (or bodypart) first before moving to the other side. this is just a way of not letting your bicep recover for even a half a second because you are currently curling the weight with the other bicep. it just puts more of your focus on one arm before moving onto the next 🤙🏻

exercise 1: upright row
exercise 2: bicep curl
exercise 3: incline bench row (5 singles on each arm then doubles to fatigue)

perform 3 sets

the last exercise really gives you the opportunity to push yourself through fatigue. make sure you take it!
