but for real tho, apparently about 60% of americans think it’s not acceptable for women to eat beef, and whether or not you choose to eat it or not, i think we can all agree that women can and should eat whatever the heck they want👏🏼

i’m teaming up with @chomps today because we share the same belief that eating enough protein is important for all bodies. i love these sticks of grass-fed, non-gmo beef ‘cause they ‘re helping me cut back on my sugar intake while fueling me through my day.

i tend to forget to drink water in the gym, so drinking something flavoured is a way for me to drink more because it tastes so much better than water 😆
and bcaa also is really nice to drink when you workout on an empty tummy, i never eat before my morning workouts. this one tastes like the swedish icecream päronsplitt and it’s so yummy! 😋

In an effort to eat more veggies (and less granola by the handful😅) i’ve been making this insanely easy 4-ingredient dip that i now want to put all over my life.

it would probably be a crime to call this a recipe, but here it is anyway: combine 1 cup of greek yogurt (i use 2%) with 1-2 tbsp of your favorite mustard, 5-10 drops sriracha, and @traderjoes ebtb seasoning.

Currently still obsessed with the trend of: nut butter stuffed chocolate covered dates 🤤🥰❤️ currently fascinated by the trend of: super chunky white tennis shoes and tube socks that look identical to the ones my grandpa wore my entire life 😂🤔. 💯 not hating (my fashion knowledge is 0), just a fascinated observer 🤷‍♀️

1. melt your chocolate (i just used chocolate chips) in a glass bowl over a p*t of boiling water (or in the microwave in increments) the amount of chocolate you melt really depends on how many dates you want to dip
2. slice and pit your dates
3. spoon in nut butter of choice. i used cashew butter & pb but any nut butter works
4. dip stuffed dates halfway in melted chocolate (and drizzle more on top if you want)
5. sprinkle with salt salt & freeze until the chocolate sets. (then store in fridge)
*note: lazy girl version (which i do all the time): forget melting and dipping your chocolate, just stuff the chocolate chips in with the nut butter instead.
