Happy #transformationtuesday ya’alll ✌🏼 _____________________ super important caption due to lots of girls messaging me about this! 👯 _____________________ confidence... 🦄 let’s just throw this right back to when i first started @rippedgymbasildon oh and also one of the many times i failed on this fitness rollercoaster of mine... . i call it that because that is exactly what it’s been a journey of ups and downs mostly downs to start and now just up up uppp! 👆🏼 _____________________ that picture to the left i was in a seriously unhappy place, a lot had happened which really should of put me in a place where i was like ‘yes sophie you get that banging body’ but in fact had the total opposite effect, i comfort ate to make myself feel better only to take pictures like this and realise... what have i let happen to myself! these were also the days of zero confidence as you can see i’m shut away in the boxing room at ripped so no one could see me, i mean imagine i used to train at david lloyd with out of shape 60 year old men going to a gym where every woman and man was buff af! can you imagine?! so what did i do? i hid yup ran away and shut myself in a room! . and for that i will never let anyone put me down for feeling confident because i spent far too much time feeling worthless and shit! 🌈 _____________________ so girls you get that sweat on you work up that confidence and you rock it! don’t let anything a few people who actually know you might think worry you or stop you doing or achieving what you want you have got this! 💓 #shredzwithsophie

Guess who just got cleared for all workouts? 🙋🏻 i just got out of my follow up appointment from my wisdom teeth surgery and everything is healing great! still have another week or 2 to heal completely, but my dentist said i can start doing rigorous workouts. who knew i'd be so excited to do hiit workouts again? 😅 im so excited for the holiday season!!! i always tell myself not to stress about gaining weight. obviously i won't go too overboard but i don't want to feel guilty when i'm eating my slice of pumpkin pie (or 2 🤷🏻‍♀️). i just love spending this time with my friends & family. do you guys have anything special planned this week?

How many times a week do you tell yourself that you're too busy to workout? that you don't have time to eat healthily? i used to tell myself this all the time but always managed to fit in a night out, a netflix binge session or a long lie in every morning. it wasn't that i was too busy, it was that health wasn't my priority. i couldn't be bothered to go to the gym because it sounded like hard work and i thought to eat healthily you had to live on salad 🙅🏼 it didn't exactly sound like the most exciting lifestyle change. do you know what though? you don't have to live on salads to be healthy. you don't have to go to the gym for hours at a time everyday. i workout 3-4 times a week for 30 minutes (i use the bbg workouts) and i rarely eat salads 😉 ive kept up my healthier lifestyle and my workout routine for almost two years now and something i've learnt is that if you want to stay fit and healthy, you can. i managed to keep it up as a student, i kept it up in my first job, i kept it up when i was travelling and didn't have access to the gym and i'm keeping it up now 💪🏼 if you want to change your lifestyle, you just have to make the time for it. no matter what your job is, no matter how busy you think you are! 💚

Hiiiii! 👋🏽 been super, super mia lately. i’ve honestly just been incredibly fortunate to have a lot of opportunities lately. and as much as i want to pull my hair out (at times), i keep telling myself (over and over) how lucky i am to be so busy. gratitude is a funny thing, sometimes when you get the things you have been asking for, it can be so hard to be thankful when they fall into your lap. so i’m learning to be thankful, because not everyone gets to be as busy as i am! 🤷🏽‍♀️ but seriously can’t wait til these storms start to calm down a little. anyway ranting over, lol, teaching a free gratitude yoga class at @corepoweryoga redondo today at 7:30pm. come through if you are around. 🤗

Don't mind me, just up and ready for my early morning spin class before work 😏i feel your pain, it's hard to juggle life's woes and yet maintain a healthy, fit lifestyle (+sexy bod) but i have to say, since i've been dragging myself out of bed to workout early in the morn, my day feels so much longer and i'm packing so much more in! it's always hard forcing yourself up and out of bed but just like the wise words the @theleanlawyer once said, waking up at 5,6,7am feels no different to waking up at 8,9,10am, mornings are hard just because they're mornings! either way, you'll soon get used to it. dressed ready for the uv light in my @sweatybetty sports bra and fabulous @mygymwardrobe leggings. see ya on the other side bitches!
