Lately i have been feeling kind of bad for only working out 4 days a week. i’ve been doing my 3 bbg days and one day of lifting. during the summer, i was going 3 days of bbg and 3 days of lifting. however, i have come to realize that you don’t need to work out every single day to maintain results and if your body needs rest take it! @kayla_itsines program will literally do the rest. the best part is too it can be done from home. recently i’ve been working out at home way more often because it’s easy to workout and then get onto whatever i need to do without the drive. yes, i would love to get back into working out more and some weeks i do... but, when i don’t that’s okay! so listen up ladies you got this 🙌🏻🙌🏻 #bbg #bbgmotivation #bbgprogress #bbgtransformation #bbg2017 #bbgweek7 #bbgover30 #kaylasarmy #kaylaitsines #kayla_itsines #circuittraining #fitnessjourney #fitnessmotivation #fitnesstransformation #fitstagram #fitspo #progressnotperfection #progresspic

Hardest thing for me to ever post. but there is so much power in vulnerability. 💜 seeing the before picture is still hard for me. but i find so much comfort in knowing that i will never go back to that. sometimes i will still have thoughts like “what if i gain the weight back?” and i have to stop myself because i am the one in control of that! will i have times in my life where i am more lean than other times? absolutely. but i will never let myself spiral out of control again. it’s been a long journey full of ups and downs, full of weight loss and weight gain. but one thing remained: i never lost hope of what i really wanted. it’s going to take time and it’s going to take you making many mistakes along the way. but everyday you have to wake up and try again, no matter how many times you fall down. some days it’s going to be easy to hit your calorie goal and make it to the gym, other days you’re going to question why you are even doing this. keep going. keep going until you can look back and say “i did that.” because that’s the thing, no one else can do it for you and that’s something to be freaking proud of. so i hope this can motivate someone today to just keep grinding, because if i am capable of a journey like this, you are too. just. keep. going. 💪🏼

My workout routine☄ . so, i get asked all the time if i do only bbg and what else i did (do) during my weight loss journey, so i want to clarify this one. first 6 months of my weight loss journey (from january until july) i did only bbg at home or outside + liss (swimming, walking, running, kickboxing, inline skating, etc). well, actually, first month i did only bbg and then i started slowly to add liss in my workout routine.then in july i decided to go to the gym.until then i finished two rounds of bbg1. in july i started with bbg2 and i started to add weight tranings by myself. i didn't have any particular plan for weight training, so i searched on ig, googled,read about all different types of exercises and i just did everything on my own, always asking my male friends to show me how to do it correctly and then i would make my own workout plan. so,i did 3 times per week bbg2 and 3 times per week "my workouts". in october i finished third round of bbg and i decided to do things on my own from there. what does it mean? it means that now i'm mixing up everything! 😅 right now, i train mostly 5 times per week. it's always two times upper body, two times lower body and once per week abs. and i plan to do hiit workouts two times per week. so,my currently workout routine is: 〰️ab workout - always from bbg 〰️arm workouts - i'm mixing up bbg and weights. . 〰️leg workout - well, i'm doing mostly workouts where i focus more on my gluteus and i bought #thepeachplan 🍑 from @meggan_fit_music and i'm doing that most of my time for lower body. beside all this, (almost) every day i take 10 minutes to practice my handstand, elbowstand and stuff like that.🤸‍♀️ . why i decided to do things like this? i decided to do like this only because i fell in love with fitness and exercising.that is now a big part of my life and i want to learn more and more about that,to try new things and i have so many plans in my head.but #bbg is something that changed my life. it's something that i will always incorporate in my workout routine.i will always be bbggirl and part of a #bbgcommunity! i can't thank you enough @kayla_itsines for everything! you saved me! forever grateful!❤

Double post...why? because earlier today i attempted wk12 arms and just wasn’t feeling it. i stopped after 11 minutes. tonight my husband was going to the gym, we had a babysitter, and i hauled my b***y the gym too, and did the whole wk12 arm workout. did i want to? nope...not really. but did i do it? yes! and i am stinking proud of myself. 💪😜
