guys... i’m exhausted... working on actively resting today but i’m fairly sure i simply need sleep... there comes a time when you just need to rest... and after this week... i think i’m putting my phone on dnd for 3 days! just enough to sleep! this next season is looking even more promising than the last, but before any heavy lift day, big event, battle... rest is always your best friend! be deliberate in your thoughts today! give away your overflow... but keep most of your energy for yourself today! i know i am! ๐Ÿ’•

Took my first pilates megaformer class at @stellarbodiesatl and it was๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ i love traditional pilates machines, but the megaformer worked my entire body with way more resistance. it was a challenging class and a great way to mix-up my workouts! thanks @carolsledgesmith for the b**t kicking- i sure feel the burn today๐Ÿ‘
