We got a brand spankin’ new bench press at the gym and we’re having a max rep bench press competition!!
• men’s weight is 135 lbs and women’s weight is 65! i got 34 reps and failed on the 35th, gabrielle had to save me lol
•competition is on until the 20th, come show us what you’ve got!

July workout challenge week 2!! swipe to see both!
we are taking a look at calisthenics this week 💪
pike pushup: set up as demonstrated in the video! the 1st is regular, with the bench makes it easier! if you want to make it harder put your feet up on the step instead of your hands.
self row: set the bar at arms length from the ground. as you pull yourself up, hold your core and keep your body alignment. if this is too hard you can bend your knees, or move the bar up as demonstrated.
