we are taking a look at calisthenics this week 💪
pike pushup: set up as demonstrated in the video! the 1st is regular, with the bench makes it easier! if you want to make it harder put your feet up on the step instead of your hands.
self row: set the bar at arms length from the ground. as you pull yourself up, hold your core and keep your body alignment. if this is too hard you can bend your knees, or move the bar up as demonstrated.
