i get asked daily why im doing this, "you look great, you don't need to eat like that, you don't need to workout." my response to you is i feel better eating healthy and working out. i feel tired, unmotivated to get things done, overall just lazy when i don't watch what i'm putting into my body. i don't think i'm f*t at all, of course when i first started my journey i wanted my body back before i was a mom. but then i realized how much better i am when i stay on track! .
i get asked all the time how do i stay motivated? it's a struggle for me too, we're all human!! just because i eat healthy and exercise doesn't mean i don't crave those sweets and i dont ever wake up super sore or tired and unmotivated to workout. i just know that once my workout is done, i will feel way better that i finished it rather than complaining about doing it. .
now is your time. you've been complaining about your body image or how you're tired all the time or how you are just sad/depressed. i always say "complaining about it isn't going to change anything, today's the day for you to finally do something about it.
i'm looking for 5 ladies to join my challenge group, starts next month, working out is optional.
no calorie counting, no containers, no depriving yourself from specific food groups! lose the weight and learn how to keep it off!! 🤗 not trying to lose weight, but just think changing your diet will improve your mood and motivation for daily life, this is for you.

Hiking⛰ keeps me sane and in shape💪🏾. this is the best place to #meditate 🍃 and talk to #god 🙏🏾. i've been unbalanced and vibrating on a low frequency. this was sooooo needed. °•°•°•°

This is my inspiration to get healthy and get back on track with my body goals:

i was reading a blog post on how to stay motivated and inspired and this really stood out to me! “what if i showed you two pictures of yourself in the future: the first picture showing what you would look like if you work out and eat well every day for several months, and the second one showing what you’d look like if you continue down the path you’ve been on the last few months. would that motivate you to work out and eat better?” here is to my future picture….

Cuando estuve estudiando en españa aproveché en sacar visa para ir también a #londres y ya que íbamos a ir, aprovechamos en ir a #edimburgo . no saben lo hermoso que es (y eso que hacía friaso)!! tiene todo lo que me gusta encontrar en un lugar: full verde 🍃, puedes hacer todo caminando, estructuras antiguas, caminitos donde puedes perderte 💛. les cuento una anécdota : el whisky es escocés y teníamos que probar si o sí (además hacía frío), así que fuimos a una destilería y la forma en la que nosotros estamos acostumbrados a tomar el whisky es totalmente diferente! ellos toman el whisky puro y el grado de alcohol es mucho más fuerte! ya se imaginarán como salimos de ahí 😂😂
