having a strong core is a must for everyday life but why?

everyone talks about the 6-pack, sure a 6-pack looks good but is it the core? you can argue it is a part of the core but really it’s only indicating you have a low body f*t percentage not a strong core. doing a thousand crunches will not get your core strong and definitely not a 6-pack the most it will do is tighten your hip flexors. nutrition is key for those fancy six packs.

the core is where the magic happens and is defined as your transverse abdominis and oblique muscles with several other muscles to stabilise your spine. this is where it is important to have a strong core for everything; lift heavy, sport performance, etc.

having a strong core helps you with everyday life and majority of the times can be related to back pain or injury, i have listed some exercise at the bottom of graphic for some basic exercises to target these muscles. please dm me if unsure about them.

🔹adding fee weights to pilates is a great way to switch things up a little. i am using 3kg/5pounds ... you can use toning balls, water bottles or no weights at all! form is key! ▪️ stable pelvis, no rocking as you lift & lower the legs ⚠️only lower the legs as far as you can maintain a deep core connection (do not arch your back)

Nang.....
people always used to ask me what is nang???? i know this is the common word i used to say in my conversations with my friends & my near and dear ones.
seriously i don't know what is the meaning of "nang" but i feel good , i feel loved to say this word ❤
when i am happy i say "nang" in a tone of happiness , when i am sad i say "nang" in a tone of sadness b'cz i feel the 'magic' in this word.
i don't know what is the reason behind thiss...but i love this word
nowadays.....people don't call me from my name they used to say 'hey..nang whats'up' 😍
soo the people who ask me what is nang???? this is the answer
nang is feeling that i can't express in words. this is what my soul loves this is what i love the most .the feeling beyond my imagination .....beyond my expectation ❤

▪️предварительное утомление (разминка на ягодичные)
▪️приседания с широкой постановкой ног 5х8-15 (20-40-60-80-90кг)
▪️разгибание ног 3х15 (25-30-35-40кг)
▪️гудмонинг 3х20 (10-15-20кг)
▪️болгарские сплит-приседания в смитте 4х10 (0-10-20-30кг) ▪️ягодичный мостик 4х10-15 (20-40-60-80кг)
▪️подтягивания 3х6-8
▪️разводка гантелей лесенкой начиная от 5кг
▪️подъем блока на передние дельты

This video completes a full series of bodyweight workouts you can do in your own home.

upper - lower - core - 3 day split

no gym needed, no equipment needed apart from a few very cheap things and even then not needed.

this is ideal for someone who struggles to get the time to go anywhere to keep fit.

it is ideal if you hate the gym or feel intimated at the gym.

it is ideal on so many levels for all begginners of any age, i have considered the safety of it many times before doing these videos (with any exercise if not done correctly there is a danger of injury). it is a great start which you can build from once you mastered it, there will be videos coming in the near future where things get harder for sure.

will this build a lot of muscle? no

will this make you to lose a lot of fat? it can help, but not if you just do this without care for your other actvitity and nutrition.

is this the best workout in the world? no, course not but it''s a well thought out workout that is beneficial for most people.

semi straight leg pulses for some lower abdominal awakening is tough if you have never done it. so this simple drill can be applied for beginners and intermediate and advanced. ideas to start...try one lower an press up. then try two “pulses” up where your hips don’t touch. then try three. then four. whatever number you max out at, the set can be done or you can try to go backwards from there to get back to one! can you get up to 10 in a minute? less than a minute? advanced, what number can you get to making this climb? friendly competition with friends perhaps? once your set is complete, do one of my leg or arm drills...then do a second set of this...but start where you left off. with the number of pulses you reached at maximum and work to one. will feel easier in your head that way! gut ✅
