Plank correction ๐Ÿ•ต๏ธ - in order to do a regular plank effectively, your elbows must be placed directly beneath your shoulders – joints in one line. - weight should be distributed directly beneath your upper arms, under the elbows. the forearms should be pointed in whatever direction is most comfortable, with no additional weight on the forearms, wrists or hands (from no forward lean). the hands may be flexed into a fist or relaxed. - having your elbows and shoulders aligned provides more stability and is safer on the whole for most people. - sure there are other & more advanced ways to plank, but this is post is specifically about a regular plank. - it’s a very easy movement to get wrong if you don’t pay close attention. so having someone watch you plank or filming yourself do it are good options to help you correct any issues. - โ†—๏ธhope this helps! be sure to save this post for future reference, and let me know what you’d like me to cover next!โค๏ธ
