@luka_zmajo I was going to the gym for a few months but because of health problems mononucleosis and knee problems i wasnt able to do much, now im planing to start again so im wondering should i go as a complete begginer full body 3 times a week compound lifts or start with some kind of a split?

@samkelly2001 @matheusp_23 on compound movements like squat, deadlift and bench you should take a 2 min rest between sets. most other exercises you should rest for about 1 min
@spreading.humor Is it good to start gym at my age .. i am 16 .. but i don't know whether i am ready enough .. first of all i am a bit under the normal weight .. i am like 176 cm tall and i am about 50kg ... i don't know whether starting gym is gonna be good to me.my friends tell me that if i start gym it will be better for me since my organism will want more energy and this will result in me being hungry and consequently i will eat more and i will get to the normal weight .. but fck... i am not sure what to do ! give me your opinion as you are the fitness guy
