the last few months have been a complete nightmare ride on a rollercoaster. one moment things going well then the next it's a free fall. between, looking for clients, trying to find motivation to write my book, watching everything i've worked on sit stagnant and trying to make ends meet i feel super crazy. .
.
i should be ready to jump, throw in the towel and start stripping at the club.🙄 but honestly this 47 year old body is in no condition to twerk. so all i can do is fight for my dreams! .
.
i figured this would be the perfect time share with you how i smile and stay calm during it all. you don't have to look like what you have been through.
step one
▪️ always be working towards bringing your ideas to life.
.
step two
▪️ if you get overwhelmed cry, scream, run, and yell but only for about 5 minutes. then back to work!
.
step three
▪️ have a routine that is impacting your tomorrow. focusing on making things less complicated during a time when they already are pretty s****y will take away some of the frustration in the days ahead. .
step four ▪️ learn to just listen and be quite. you don't have to respond to it all. if you can't speak positively about your situation don't speak about it at all. it's ok to work in silence. complaining never helps the situation. .

life won't always be simple so learning how to deal with the hard times is critical part of growth.
