not all sugar is created equal. there is a big difference between fruit sugars and processed sugars. eat the right sugars, you know innately what those are. don’t over complicate things. πŸ…πŸ’

Good morning and happy sunday! :) it's joe.

i just wanted to share a little bit about this upcoming week. lauren and i just finished things up, the workouts are going to be awesome! :)
-
we kick the week off on monday with bench press and an amazing team workout. this team workout may look like one you want to skip, but trust me, you won't want to miss it. it really is a tough workout, lol.
-
next, we roll into tuesday for some weighted walking lunges. these are so good for balancing out our body and developing overall strength. the metcon on tuesday is a new creation and we are super excited for it! :) get ready for "another round". :)
-
we all loved recess in grade school, right? well, wednesday our workout is called "recess". it will be fun, they said, it will feel like playing, they said. lol! :)
-
super jacked for back squats on thursday. lauren created "swingin' around"! this 18 minute amrap will leave you feeling amazing! come ready to get a lot of rounds, that is the purpose of this workout. :)

funky friday baby! friday come ready to test yourself. first, you pick up heavy things with deadlifts. next we have a 1 minute max effort on the assault bike and 5 minutes max wall ball shots. this workout is a terrific way to kick off the weekend.

saturday, the wizard of roz! i didn't say wizard of oz, i said roz! one of our most amazing members. :) this workout is made in her honor for being member of the month. i love this workout! bring a friend. :)
