Did not want to go to the gym at all this morning. i had burgers, fries and some treats last night so i woke up feeling a little sick in the middle of the night. all i wanted to do was stay in bed all day but i knew i would feel so much better once i got a good sweat in! and i actually had one of the best leg days that i’ve had in months so that goes to show sometimes you just have to push through the struggles.
was hangry af when i got home so this tasted 500 times better than normal 🤩.
•2 eggs, 1 egg white omelette w/ spinach and lc cheese (the usual 🤷🏻♀️😍)
•2 slices of @daveskillerbread raisin the roof w/ vanilla almond butter 🍞
So i’ve been going out a lot more lately, which i don’t love doing all the time because a lot of food bothers my stomach, i’m very sensitive to butter and peanuts/peanut oil. i’d honestly rather cook at home than go out because i’m always sick afterwards and i love cooking 🤷🏻♀️.
dinner tonight was maple glazed salmon, asparagus and brown rice 😍
Back to my normal routine this week after having a cold last week. still taking it easy on cardio so i don’t overdo it.
couldn’t be happier that it’s saturday 🤗. got in a great leg day now watching the new season of the ranch and eating this delicious breakfast 🤩😋

where are all my snackers at?? 🙋🏻♀️ i’m guilty of being a weekend grazer but i’ve gotten bad about snacking at work and at nighttime... which can really rack up the calories. i’ve actually stopped tracking my macros, but after doing it for so long, you can’t help but pay attention to the calorie count.
last week while i was sick, i didn’t snack at all... i just stuck to my nutritious meals. i felt so lean, not bloated at all and my digestion was amazing 👌🏻. i want to feel like that all the time, so my goal is to get in the habit of cutting out all the unnecessary non-nutrient snacking.
now i’m not saying i’m done with snacking all together or that it’s bad, but for me personally, i feel better when i limit my snack intake to a minimum... especially the processed stuff!
Reunited and it feels soo good! finally got to go back to the gym today after resting all week thanks to this cold. i still took it easy this morning because i didn’t want to overdo it but it felt good to have my energy back 🙌🏻
Had a killer leg day today and a great cardio session this morning fueled by lots of sweet potato casserole 😍🍠
i added some accessory work to today’s session and i’m so glad that i did, i walked out of there feeling so accomplished 💪🏻

Happy thanksgiving!🦃 went out last night, which i haven’t done in a looong time, but made sure i got up to get in my early workout before the gym got too crowded 🙅🏻♀️. demolished my shoulders and got in some cardio this morning.
i will 100% be looking forward to my moms sweet potato casserole today 😍 although i’m intolerant to turkey, i plan on eating a tiny bit because it’s thanksgiving duhh... so fingers crossed i don’t get sick 🤞🏻.

My training has been off lately, i haven’t been focused and i really haven’t felt the movements of what i was working. i haven’t been recovering right- which made my training the rest of the week 💩.
i was taking prolific for a year straight and i liked it but i stopped it earlier this year and wasn’t using any pwo. i try to keep my supplements as natural and few as possible for money saving reasons and just to keep it simple. i normally like to get my protein and pwo from food sources. however, this is a great supplement and i highly recommend it! @pescience is one of my favorite companies because they don’t upset my stomach like a lot of other companies do and they are good quality! if you’re looking for something new to try, give this a shot 👌🏻😍

Had the best leg day that i’ve had in a long time. i felt so focused and worked on really feeling the movements. got my cardio in and left accomplished and sweaty 💦
i’m so guilty of not focusing on the movements and just going through the motions. i highly recommend taking the time to do this because it gave me such a better workout!
