#mondaymotivation bakasana tutorial! i asked on my stories for people to request what they needed help on and i got a lot of requests for crow pose otherwise known as crane pose or bakasana. _ in this video, i show the 4 options to enter from the ground: 1. beginner or lack of hip flexibility this is for you!get very low to the ground and hug your knees to outside of arms. 2. bend the arms like a shelf and rest knees on triceps. remember to gaze forward! 3. starting from bent arms, try to lean forward as you straighten the arms. this takes a lot of core and wrist flexibility so make sure you are warmed up! 4. start with straight arms, bend the knees and place them into your armpits. lean forward until feet become light. _ remember your gaze is forward not at your feet!! the key with this pose is always about finding ease. if you have to hop or jump into it, you haven't found the balance point. once you lean forward enough, your feet should become light and you should be able to simply float them up. don't rush the process because gaining the strength and flexibility along the journey is what is necessary for you to be able to do this pose. tag someone who would like this video! _ practice online with me at omstars.com or take a workshop with me. next cities i'm visiting are milwaukee and new jersey! beachyogagirl.com #bygtutorial 👍🏻

✖️you struggling with fitness goals? keep reading for best motivation tips i've learned 👉🏼 __________________________________ 1) start by putting gym clothes on. people feel more in "character" when dressing the part. fitness is no different. psychologically, it sends a powerful message to your brain when you do this. if you don't have fitness clothes you feel good wearing, invest in some. like going on a date or important meeting, feeling good about your wardrobe makes a big difference. _________________________________________ 2) take a caffeine based pre-workout supplement. caffeine is well studied and scientifically proven to increase endurance, focus and physical strength during exercise. i use a product i created called next level focus. more about this soon. ______________________________ 3) music is motivation. put on your headphones and crank tunes that are energetic and uplifting. i keep a special playlist of songs that motivate me on days when i feel like quitting. make sure to find music that unlocks a feeling of power and energy. then turn it up! ________________________________ 4) tell your self you'll just get to the gym. once there, if you don't feel like working out you can leave. but just commit to walking in the front doors.  ______________________________ 5) once inside the gym, tell yourself you'll only do 5 to 10 minutes and then you can go home. seriously. start your workout and just commit to completing 5 to 10 minutes. when you finish, something interesting happens. you realize you could probably do 5 to 10 more. repeat this a few times and bam –– you've finished your entire workout! ______________________________ this process has almost always worked for me. there'll be days that aren't perfect and feel like failures and thats okay. everyone has them. just keep trying. self-discipline is like any other muscle. sounds corny but it's true. every time you flex your discipline and overcome laziness or procrastination it becomes easier the next time. keep at it long enough and soon people will be asking you how you stay so motivated. thanks for all the inspiring messages during my #100daysoffitness challenge, i'm halfway through already!🙏

Ikea chicken meatballs meal at under 400 calories 🙌 i'll take that any day!!!! --------------------------------------------------- lets be honest, eating out can be very difficult when you're trying to keep it healthy. there are so many benefits to eating healthy, but my main reason is health itself, specially after being healed from 15 illnesses!!!! so for the next few days i will be posting some of the foods i've been eating during my travels or when meeting up with friends, family, or business. --------------------------------------------------- #healthyeating #eatingout #ahealthiertoday #inspire #motivation #fitness #focus #health #fit #fitfam #instafit #healthyfood #strength #gym #gymmotivation #workout #training #trainhard #exercise #eathealthy #nutrition #transformation #determination #discipline #weightlossjourney #weightloss #weightlosstransformation #weightlossbeforeandafter #beforeandafter #beforeandafterweightloss

One of my favorite tricep exercises. quick tip: if your grip strength needs work put a gym towel through the d ring on the cable and use it like a rope. #fitness #fitfam #fitnesswisdom #triceps #nofilter

Ig is being a j**k amd not letting me post videos for some reason. 😠😠 so, here are some post workout pics from this afternoon. not the best lighting, but all my favorite spots were taken up in a packed out gym this afternoon! 😂😂 @bodybuildingcom @dymatize #stillinit challenge, week 5: #dropsets! since it's #internationalchestday, i hit chest, tris, and abs, and i added drop sets into each of my exercises during my workout. so, on set 4, i start with the same weight i used in the first three sets. once i can no longer lift that weight, which is referred to as muscle failure, i rack it and take 20-30% of the weight off, rest for 12-15 seconds, and continue to lift until muscle failure again. what a great way to push yourself further than you normally would or could! i really love alternating rest-pause sets and drop sets into my workouts to help encourage muscle growth. thanks, @trainermike1, for this week's challenge! _______________________________ #bbcomambassador #teamgoodjob #motivateinspireencourage #alwayscontentneversatisfied #fitdad #fitfam #modeling #model #dadbod #lifestyle #fitmodel #gym #workout #fitlife #fitspo #goals #bodybuildingcom #bestself #beelite #stillinit
