yes, vegans do in fact get their protein!!!!! simply all you have to do is eat an abundance of whole plant based foods! while some are richer in protein than others, if you make sure you’re eating enough then you’re guaranteed to eat enough protein!
this nourish bowl is an example of a protein packed vegan nourish bowl! let me just tell you it was amazing!
this nourish bowl contains chickpeas, which is a wonderful source of plant protein! i roasted them with garlic powder, @pickldit
chilli seasoning and paprika! i paired this with brown rice, another protein packed whole grain! as a bonus the chickpeas and rice together create a complete protein!
this bowl also contains spinach, tomato, cucumber, capsicum, avocado, @mayversfood
tahini, crispy lebanese bread and fresh parsley!!
there are so many wonderful and amazing plant based protein sources out there! i find the best way to hit my protein is to make huge nourish bowls like these! they’re so satisfying and are amazing as a post workout meal if you’re making those gains!!!!
